“We enjoyed the quiet location which we could easily walk to Perkins Cove or to downtown. The room was large size and the bed was comfortable. Coffee was provided in the room and in the hotel foyer. I do wish they would have offered water. ”

“I loved the down-home and personal feel of this motel. And it's such an affordable option compared to the corporate hotels. We were running late, and the motel staff called us and gave us the late check-in procedure. How nice was that? Met the owner the next morning and told them how much we enjoyed our stay with them. ”

“Property was well maintained, although all was older. Mostly clean and all things worked well. It was a property from the 1960's, so was worn. But all was functional. Close to Rt. 1, so noisy, but also convenient. Parking was a bit crowded but not real inconvenient. Probably a good room for the price and the expensive area.”
