Horrific experience with owner Matt. Accused me of my card being declined when I paid for the room in advance on March 13. I felt very unsafe. I spent 1 1/2 hours from 8:45 pm until 10:30 trying to resolve the matter for owner. As it turns out he was NOT requesting funds from Expedia for my stay as he should as contracted owner. He absolutely ruined my stay and held NO accountability and NO apology. In all my years of using Expedia and extensive travel all over the world I have never encountered such a completely maligned owner and had such an awful experience. I would never recommend this property in fear that a single woman or someone who booked with Expedia would have a similar experience. If I could give this place and in particular this owner a minus 0, I would.

Wonderful stay. Warm pool, hot tub, lovely lake. We sat on the porch and watched the fireflies come out every night.
