“When I walked up to the desk, there were two gentlemen behind it. One was helping another guest, and one was chugging Dr. Thunder from a two liter bottle. I stood there for quite some time not being acknowledged by either person. Eventually the gentleman helping the other guest finished up, and invited me over to his portion of the desk. The other man whom I was standing in front of, ignored me and kept chugging his drink and checking his phone. A simple "he will be with you in a moment" would……

“The front desk area has been remodeled and looks nice. However, its basically lipstick on a pig. As we walked down the hall, the smell got worse and worse and by the time we got to our room, it full on smelled like dirty kitty litter. When we got in the (1st floor room), the window was open, there were hairs in the bed, there was a bug in the shower, there was some gross splatter on the bathroom wall. I have never checked out of a hotel within minutes of checking in until i got to this hotel.”

“Room was kind of dirty, big stain on the floor. Carpet looked like it didn’t get vacuumed between guests. The front desk staff was very accommodating with getting a clean room. Pool was very small. And it is shared with the connecting hotel, so keep that in mind when traveling with kids who like to swim. The lobby was very clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly! The bar in the hotel was very nice and clean. Friendly staff!”

“First, the front desk supervisor was not overly friendly. She spoke to us quickly in a rather harsh tone. Going up the room, we wondered if the elevator would make it. Then, once in our room, we found the shade broken, which prevented any light from entering the room. We asked to be moved to another room, and the front desk supervisor said that wasn't possible given our reservation. Really? When maintenance arrived to look at the blind, his response was, "Yeah, it's toast." There were also……
