It was a little like staying in a castle! Everything is beautiful and well maintained. The amenities were great and the location was near everything in the old part of town.

Very convenitn location for sigh-seeing in Old Quebec- appears to be a recently revnovated old hotel-so some facilities were old but some were spanking new. Overall very good experience. Staff are extremely helpful!

Overall it’s a beautiful hotel the only things that I didn’t like. First the pool was cold and it’s an indoor pool. Second, when they changed the bed sheets last day they were dirty.

Located in the old town, it was a pleasure to stay there. The interior is something to behold. The staff were quite enjoyable, & the food was fantastic. Looking forward to next time.
A wonderful, calm setting, welcoming and if you wish you can take part in the physical or spiritual activities on offer. Great food.

We had a lovely two night stay, part of a two week road trip in Eastern Canada. Old Quebec City experienced from this hotel was a highlight for us. Our economy queen room was short on space but comfortable and lovely and affordable! The lobby is stunning and the staff extremely accommodating.
