“This place is old, the balcony door was not working well, the elevators were not working well, most of the sockets were not working. The view was stunning but I would definitely book somewhere else next time.”

“Just had an excellent stay at the Trump Hotel in Sunny Isles. The room was large, spacious, and incredibly comfortable with a full ocean view. The hotel’s customer service was outstanding, and the pool area is beautiful—right overlooking the beach. The staff were wonderful and made the stay even more enjoyable. VRBO (my contact) was also fantastic—quick and easy to respond to any questions or concerns, and check-in was seamless. A perfect getaway! view ”

“The room was nice and we had a great view. The amenities unfortunately were misleading from the website. They had two treadmills at the gym but one was broken, they only had 2 bikes for the entire resort of 1000+ people (which were unavailable every time we asked to use them), the infinity pool was essentially unusable due to the dozens of children everywhere and the excruciatingly loud music from the DJ. The umbrellas were $38 extra even though the website says umbrellas are an amenity. I had……

“The showerhead in the bathroom is terrible. No matter how I close the shower curtain, a lot of water always leaks out onto the floor, and in the end the entire bathroom floor gets soaked.”
