The unit is a recently updated very nice one bedroom apartment with everything you need for your stay at Orient Beach. The large swimming pool is right outside the patio and the unit is in easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The reason I did not give this property a 5 star is that during our 5-day stay we experienced a few times sewage smell coming into the unit. I think we figured out the reason and Jason, the owner, will do the easy fix.

We really enjoyed our stay. Orient Bay is our favorite place in St. Martin and this property has a good location, no ocean view but very close to the main street and the beach. Nice little patio and pool. The manager, Laetitia, was very prompt and helpful. The unit is very sparsely furnished but had everything we needed. Could use some extra towels, there were only 2. There's a washer but no dryer, there's a drying rack but if it's rainy and something is very wet (like one of the 2 towels!) you're out of luck.

Orient Bay Cute and Convenient
The property is very nice is a great location, close to the village and a short walk to the beach. The apartment is well suited and stocked. We enjoyed out stay very much and definitely consider staying again.
