Guys golf trip

This is great spot for guys on a golf trip. Reasonably close to many good golf courses in the area. Very responsive owner. Great spot overall for either a group of guys like us, or a family taking their kids to Disney which was reasonable close too.

HR is a wee gem

House is beautiful in great shape everything works perfect improvements to the house over the years are all great Air Con is super which is not always the case Our host was super responsive to any questions Thanks

Welcome to Paradise

We had a wonderful time in this house. Everything is as described and even more beautiful. The pool is one of the best we had ever have, the house is really clean, well furnished, a lot of taste in every aspect. Ryan was really responsive. The only issue for me was that the neighbour's AC engine make a lot of noise, it can bother you if you sleep upstairs. Other than that : perfect!

Beyond Paradise

Our stay at 311 Troon Circle in Davenport was truly a delight and beyond expectations. The neighborhood is lovely and the house is very nicely decorated and well appointed. It is a golf course community for anyone interested. The community also offers playground for the kids, tennis courts for those who choose to play, and a community pool. The location on Rt 27 is convenient to Publix, restaurants, salons, and the all important liquor store! And of course not far from Disney and Universal. The kitchen is large and well stocked with anything you may need on your stay. The pool at the house is one of the nicest I’ve had while renting in Florida. It is large and yet has room on all sides for chairs. Our host graciously checked in with us a couple of times to assure the house met our vacation needs. I would highly recommend this vacation rental. -Kathleen from NJ

Awesome Pool Home

Ryan was easy to work with and was quick to reply to all my questions prior to using his home. We stayed 8 days. Property is very clean, safe neighborhood, close & easy drive to Disney/Universal/SeaWorld, well stocked with all common amenities, nice sized pool, and plenty of room to be comfortable. We were very impressed with the home and highly recommend. Thanks Ryan

1st teen guest visit to Magic Kingdom.

Great place for a family trip. Has all the amenities you need and the pool is a bonus! I wish we could've stayed a week but owing to last minute plans, only managed 4 nights. Truly a home away from home.

Happy mothers day

I was there Mother's Day weekend and it really meant a lot to me because I had my wife and my sister and a little before Mother's Day my sister had lost her oldest child and I brought her out there to relax and get her mind off of things and it helped her so much
