If smoke is detected, it will need Ozone cleaning at $550. You may smoke outside the house. If butts are found, there will be a $150 clean-up fee.

Nice place

It was a nice place to stay. Close to all attractions that we were going to and anything else we needed. The over all condo was great. The screened in porch was was a little dirty. It was our first experience with a VRBO so over all for our first one it was nice!
