This stunning property provides everything you require for an unforgettable vacation! With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large screened swimming pool, it truly is the perfect retreat. The master bedroom boasts a generously sized US king bed with a recently purchased luxurious mattress, two nightstands, a clock radio, and a 32-inch smart TV. Sliding double patio doors open onto a covered porch, offering a breathtaking view of the pool that is sure to start your day off right. The master bedroom also features two walk-in closets, providing ample storage space, and leads to a stunning en suite bathroom. This bathroom includes an extra-large shower, separate his-and-hers vanity units, a Roman tub, and a separate toilet cubicle.

The second bedroom is equipped with a newly purchased luxurious queen mattress, clock radio, and smart cable TV. Both of the remaining two bedrooms feature two twin beds each and share a luxurious family bathroom.

This villa is fully equipped and furnished with all the amenities you could possibly need for your stay, including air conditioning, a washer and dryer, a refrigerator, smart TVs, high-speed internet, a telephone, a pool table, air hockey, utensils, and essential baby utilities like a crib, high chair, and stroller.

The layout of this villa is truly exceptional, as most of the rooms open out onto the fully screened pool deck, ensuring easy access to the breathtaking pool area. For added safety, the pool is fenced off, making it suitable for families with young children. Outside, the villa offers an expansive pool deck and a covered lanai with a table, chairs, and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

This home felt like home away from home for us. Our kids absolutely adored the pool and the themed bedrooms! Nice and clean when we checked in and Connie even accommodated us to check in early. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Very comfortable
The house had a very home like feeling. Plenty of utensils and cooking equipment for our stay. Easy drive to theme parks. Pool was a great size for the 5 of us with plenty of room to spare. Hot tub was perfect with the chilly weather. The firmness of the bed was perfect and i slept better there than in my own home. The property owner is fantastic and was very accomidating to our travel times. Would definetly stay at this property again on our next visit.

Fantastic!
We had a great time at the property. Owner is very friendly and attentive to any needs or questions. There is not a single complain I can think of this property. The entire home is great. Amenities are appropriate - and pool and view... beautiful and peaceful. My wife and I come to Florida every year for long stays in November to visit with family and this beautiful home provided us with exactly what we needed. Thank you! Great villa
The villa was ideally located for Disney, Universal, and Kennedy. Pool/spa was great. When in USA, we feel like a villa is like coming home each day. This villa was excellent and Connie kept in touch and seems to genuinely care. Thank you Connie.

Great house, needs some deep cleaning
We rented this house for four adults and five kids. The house layout was perfect for what we needed. The pool area was great. Our only real complaint was at the house was really dirty and needed a deep clean. There were also lots of flies that flew into the pool screen, because there were tears in the screen. It would also be nice if there were ceiling fans in each room. They did provide other fans, but the ceiling fans would’ve been nice to help circulate the air. Overall, we had a great time at the house but the house needs a really good cleaning.

Lovely villa
Amazing location, quiet neighbourhood lovely at Halloween for trick or treating. Easy to contact management agency for help if issues arise. We loved it that much we’ve booked another stay! Thanks Connie we look forward to returning in two years for our honey moon! :)

A perfect family villa
We stayed in August 2022 and had a really good time. The villa is perfectly located to all the main Orlando attractions and close to local amenities which was really convenient. The villa itself was very well presented with good sized bedrooms, living area and outdoor space. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were also plenty of towels, bed linen and pool toys for us. The pool itself was wonderful, my 3 children never wanted to get out and it was great to have the gate in place for my 2 year old. The only thing worth considering is that although the villa is for up to 8 people, there weren’t enough chairs outside for us a family of 5 to eat together. It would be nice to have more chairs but that’s a really minor point. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely look to rebook if we were travelling to Orlando in the future.

Excellent Stay
Very clean, well kept and comfortable. Pool and hot tub are great. The location was fantastic, close to what you need, yet a very peaceful neighborhood. Property owner Connie was responsive and a pleasure to deal with, and her property manager David was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to others.

No Hurricane policy, that's just wrong!
Found a few bugs in kitchen and bathroom, one bathroom sink leaked under sink into floor the entire stay. Very upset about having to leave 4 days early due to the hurricane and there is no hurricane policy so I didn't get any money back on the days that we didn't stay there. Every time ive had to come back home to TN due to a hurricane I have gotten a partial refund but not this time so I will not be staying here again. So don't rent this house during hurricane season, you will lose your money!

Good spot to stay!
Overall a good spot to stay when in Orlando., On average about 25-45 min to parks depending on traffic and was close to Walmart, grocery store and restaurants. Property was clean, beds were comfortable and owner was quick to respond if any issue did arise.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful villa
Following numerous cancellations due to restrictions we managed to get back to Florida for our Disney adventure. This is our first time using VRBO and found Orange Tree. From the moment we placed the reservation, Connie was fantastic in getting everything ready and communicated with us the whole time. The villa is in a beautiful, quiet location and around 30-40 mins away from the parks. It was very clean and tidy with the relevant information needed to ensure a fantastic visit. During our time Connie did reach out if we had any issues and to contact her if we did. Absolutely fantastic service and we are already planning to stay at Orange Tree again for our next holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. House was clean and well stocked with all the things we needed. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Perfect!
We had two families of four stay here and it was perfect! Pool was warm and fun, spacious layout, and a table big enough for all 8 of us. The only thing was the queen room does not have their own bathroom, it is shared with another room. Otherwise this place met all expectations and was very comfortable.

Overall, a good stay after a few issues were addressed. The property itself is older and several things need updating - the pool needs to be resurfaced - large pool, but old. The house could use a deep clean and definitely updates to towels, linens, etc. The owner and property manager were AMAZING and addressed all issues PROMPTLY!!!

A great vacation in a great home!
We loved our stay in this villa. It is centrally located, close to stores, restaurants and local attractions. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the games in the garage. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was well furnished with appliances for cooking. Checking in and out were easy, and Connie was a joy to work with. I highly recommend this house for your vacation!

Lovely 2 family week long stay over New Years
We are two families with 2 kids each ranging from 18-23. I booked this house for many reasons, one of them being the double master suites both with en-suite bathrooms but this not accurate as we found out. They have taken the Queen master and put two twin beds in there and the queen room shares a bathroom with the other twin room. Luckily the other couple wasn't too upset about it but just an FYI the listing isn't up to date. That being said we had a great stay! We paid to have the pool and spa heated and it was great, we were the only people in the neighbourhood swimming. We hardly left the house at all we just enjoyed each others company, swam, ate, drank, played games etc. The kitchen had everything we needed and they provided some dishwasher soap and dish soap to get started. We were short on pool towels but I emailed Connie and they brought us some new ones. Connie was very easy to communicate with and very prompt as well. The only real complaint was from the kids about the beds, they say that they were too hard and likely little kids wouldn't complain but the 20 year olds were sore. They survived though lol. We arrived late at night so we did an online grocery order to the walmart near by and paid the delivery and at 9:00am all our food and beverages (beer too) arrived, it was kind of awesome as we didn't have a car. All in all we had a lovely stay in this clean home. Thank you Connie :)

Perfect for our family vacation!
We spent a lot of time looking at houses and this one was perfect for our needs. We had five adults and two toddlers and plenty of space! There was room for the littles to run and with the layout everyone had some privacy in their rooms. The house was clean and the pool was great! Plenty of pool toys for everyone. There is even a small play park at the corner for kids which was nice after a long car ride to get some energy out. Connie was wonderful to work with in the months leading up to our vacation. We had to change our dates a bit and she responded quickly and was happy to do whatever she could to ensure our stay was a success. My only recommendation for improvement would be a bigger coffee pot - it wasn't an issue for us as my daughter brought hers but the small 5 cup pot was only enough coffee for me lol! I would gladly rent this house again in the future.

Just what we needed
This was a good location, about 20 minutes to the Disney parks. The house is very spacious. Upon arrival we noticed there was only one partial roll of toilet paper, no paper towels and no extra trash bags in the house. I let the owner know, and she offered to reimburse me if we had to come out of pocket for anything. Luckily we brought some items with us from home. We stayed at the parks as long as we could each night so were a little disappointed that the pool and hot tub heat does not work after 10pm and we could not enjoy that. One night we were home in time to use the heat for 30 minutes, and it was heavenly. The owner was very responsive to my questions before and during my stay. The check in was super easy. We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect stay
I would recommend a stay here, its in a nice quiet neighborhood but is close enough to all the attractions, perfect place to chill out, has everything you need for a brilliant holiday, going to miss the pool!
