Spacious Hideaway

Great little hideaway in Windsor Hills!We loved the private heated pool, hot tub, grill, entertainment room, spacious bedrooms and all the little extras that were included with the rental. Annie was amazing and responsive for any needs!The only downside (which is also a plus) was since the property is pet friendly there was evidence of prior pet damage to the carpets. The main clubhouse pool was packed and the main pool/waterslides weren't as big of a hit with my kids as I had hoped (water slides are freezing) but this made us super thankful for the private pool at the house! We would definitely stay again and Annie is an A hostess!!

Disney Fun!

Came with our adult children, my husband and my mother, everyone had a great time. The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed to prepare meals and have fun. We loved the pool and game room. Highly recommend!

Great Location for Disney!

Plenty of room for everyone. The kids and adults were able to make use the heated pool and hot tub in spite of the cool weather. The game room was a hit with everyone as well. Beautiful gated community with nice community amenities… very close to restaurants and shopping.

Fantastic stay

We were 4 adults and 4 children and did spend 10 nights in this house. It was a fantastic stay and house and area is great. We have nothing to complain about it was just like in the description. Would love to come back here one day in the future.

Home was beautiful and large, 6 bedrooms and 4 baths. Able to accommodate our family of 13. Had all the amenities including pool and hot tub. All you needed was a toothbrush. Great communication with the host, never a lag. We had a great time and would recommend this home. Had a hard time finding a home that would please us all.

Plenty of space for 7 adults and 2 small children . We enjoyed the pool and amenities. Kitchen was equipped with more supplies than I had expected. Bedrooms and baths were nice. Couple of family members did not care for the firm mattresses but everyone has their preferences. The sliding glass door was troublesome as it became stuck often but overall it was a very nice home. We would stay their again

Perfect Place to Stay Outside of Disney

We loved it. We are Disney Vacation Club members and I have never stayed offsite but we need different accommodations this trip and boy did this home delivery. Very spacious and clean. Everyone was able to have their own room, plus plenty of room for us to hang out together on the main level. Kitchen setup was perfect and the game room was lots of fun. The pool was refreshing after our morning runs. Annie was super helpful and responsive to our needs. If I ever need to stay off property again, I will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Family fun time!

We had an amazing time at this fun filled home! The pool was wonderful and probably the most popular room of the weekend lol, as well as the game room since it was big enough to hold everyone who wanted to play the games. This home is very spacious, with enough bathrooms and bedrooms for all, as well as enough seating for dining together and playing card games. We did venture down to the clubhouse once, but since we had our own pool and enjoyed it so much we ended up just staying at the house. Annie was so accommodating and so easy to reach it made check in and check out a breeze. It was everything we hoped it would be, and we all had a wonderful time. Thank you, Annie!

Contemporary Disney Villa

Great house with very nice amenities. It was nice the pool heat was included in the price. Also, the solar cover is nice to have because it allows the pool and hot tub to keep warmer temperatures in the cooler weather. This house had everything we needed. Upon arrival on a Sunday, the a/c upstairs wasn’t working. We understand things break over time and our host, Annie, got right on it and had an HVAC technician out within a couple of hours that same Sunday evening. The HVAC technician put in a new thermostat and cool air was quickly flowing. A big thanks to Annie for taking care of this so quickly for us. That’s why she is a Super Host. We would definitely stay here again.

Family stay

The host was awesome. We had trouble registering but Annie was on top of it. We had issues trying to regulate the house temp, was too cold for us, Annie was great with communication. The house in general needs a huge overhaul in cleaning. The end tables in my room were all sticky. The house smelled of dog urine when we entered. The carpet had multiple stains. The mattress was a cheap one, not comfortable. The gas grill wasnt cleaned nor was there a brush to clean it. The house needs updating. Overall we still had a great time with my kids and grands. I appreciated the door to the pool had an alarm on it especially since we had 4 toddlers. Great peace of mind. The house was conveniently located to all attractions. I would go back if the house gets a good cleaning.

Great Communication / Great Community

What this property lacked, Annie made up for it with her impeccable communication (the absolute best host we’ve ever had). We’ve stayed at Windsor Hills quite a few times. We choose to go back time and time again in large part because of the community. This property had everything we needed for the kids which was really nice. There were kid dishes, bed rails, a monitor, gates, mini crib, pack ‘n play, stroller, toys, games, etc. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. There was a grill available (no extra charge) and the pool heat was included (no extra charge). It was a saltwater pool which was a plus, too. The game room served its purpose of providing entertainment during idle times and my kiddos learned how to play pool for the first time which was fun. It wasn’t the best I’ve seen at WH, def room to improve but it was honest and that was nice. A lot of times the games aren’t working, etc. There is no A/C in the game room (garage) which is something I look for when it’s warmer but it was fine for this visit because we were there in Feb. It sounds like they added some insulation so maybe it’s okay year round, too. My ONLY cons would be that the refrigerator was pretty beat up so it was hard to find a home for things and none of the freezer shelves worked. I think the pool probably should be resurfaced at some point. It was crumbling quite a bit. Lastly, the carpet in the properties at WH (that still have it) has seen better days.

Perfection!

This house was perfect for us! We had three kids under 10 and six adults, including two grandparents. The first floor bedroom was great for them and the kids loved the new game room! We spent most days at the parks, but it was so nice to come home to a private pool and hot tub. We had one “rest day” where we visited the big pool with the water slides and everyone had a blast! Annie was super responsive to all of our questions and made check in/out really easy. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Amazing Experience at Windsor Hills!

My family and another family came to Orlando for a football tournament at Disney World. Annie was the most gracious host, her communication was clear, she responded quickly to all of my questions and the house was absolutely PERFECT! We had children ranging from ages 2-11 and they said this was the "best vacation ever" because of the house (game room, pool and hot tub specifically). Annie thought of everything - the house was in amazing condition, stocked with absolutely everything you could anticipate a family would need. It was super conveniently located to Disney and shopping for all essentials- additionally, the grounds and amenities were top notch and extremely safe and secure. We could not have had a better experience staying here and will definitely be back to rent this house again!!!! Thank you Annie!
