Highway to hell

This hotel charges for everything but wifi with hidden charges. Breakfast is $15 for a common buffet and parking is $17 per night. The biggest problem is road noise all day and all night with I-4 right outside every window. The pool is unusable due to the noise and road pollution.

I partially blame expedia.com. I was not made aware of the 50 dollar incident fee by your website. This caused me great inconvenience. When I arrived to my room it was excessively cold. I was unable to take advantage of the pool area due to the weather. I was surprised to find tiny spiders crawling on the desk near the television. I didn't see them until check out time and so I didn't bring it to anyone's attention. I'm yet to be refunded my incident fee as well. I'll probably be using another provider from here on out.

Pros: Very clean. Bed was wonderful.
Cons: Needs a gift shop and more restaurant menu items.
Location: Nothing close by to walk to
Stayed for a business trip. Not close enough to walk to anything but the bus station is close by.

good hotel. Would recommend it. Clean, definitely to recommend. Nice staff too, good breakfast.

Free wifi. Close to downtown. Free shuttle service. Very friendly staff. Clean & comfortable hotel and room. Highly recommend!

Nice remodel, friendsly staff

Pros: Staff and the overall design and layout of the hotel.
We got stuck on a layover and booked this last minute, was impressed with the place. Looks like they remodeled recently and it's got more of a "high end" feel. The staff was great, checked in in 45 seconds and got some pretty good food at the lobby bar.

Hotel while visiting for concert

Hotel was average, but clean. Bar area a disaster. Bar food was good. The bartenders were slow, overwhelmed and not friendly. Good location for concert. Not much more.

Great for a quick trip

The room was pretty nice, the bed was cozy and the bathroom seemed very clean - there is a lot of road/traffic noise, but there isn't much you can do about that! For a quick trip, this was a great choice. The pool/hot tub area is nice, and the check in was super quick and easy.
