The grand centerpiece at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom is Cinderella Castle, a replica of the fairy tale castle seen in the 1950 film.
The Magic Kingdom hosts over 18 million visitors each year, making it the most visited theme park in the world.
#Architecture #GoldenHour #StunningStructures The Frozen castle. Cinderella's castle is decorated with over 200,000 lights for Christmas. Such a beautiful sight to see Osborne Lights at Disney's Hollywood Studios! An amazing sight to see Cinderella's Castle decorated in over 200,000 lights! It's my favorite holiday display in Orlando!! Magic Kingdom Park is a theme park at the Walt Disney World Resort in Bay Lake, Florida, near Orlando. Owned and operated by The Walt Disney Company through its Parks and Resorts division, the park opened on October 1, 1971, as the first of four theme parks at the resort. Initialized by Walt Disney and designed by WED Enterprises, its layout and attractions are based on Disneyland Park in Anaheim, California, and is dedicated to fairy tales and Disney characters.
The park is represented by Cinderella Castle, inspired by the fairy tale castle seen in the 1950 film. In 2015, the park hosted 20.49 million visitors, making it the most visited theme park in the world for the tenth consecutive year and the most visited theme park in North America for at least the past fifteen years.[1] Cinderella's castle all lit up at Christmas time. Such a beautiful sight to see! Magic Kingdom Park😍 Magic Kingdom has the best fireworks show that you will ever see. Cinderella Castle Bay Lake,Florida:🏰👑 Sometimes, you can't get away to travel. That's when I go to EPCOT (I live only 1 hr away). I ride Soarin & pretend I'm really there. Can't stop a girl from Dreamin!
#EndlessSummer The Butler Chain of Lakes is the largest chain of lakes in the Northern Hemisphere. Each lake is connected by a man made canal. With white sand bottoms, these lakes are a great place for water sports and fishing! It'd be a shame to visit Orlando and not spend some time on the water! Where dreams come true...
Favourite picture of the castle because of this amazing sunset! 💜💗 Fireworks over Cinderella's castle at Disney World in Orlando. It may seem cliche... but it really is magical, especially viewed through your child's eyes. One of the best parts of completing the Round the World tour at Epcot Center is the performances given by all the artists in each country. This was in China, and the dancers had all of the onlookers mesmerized. As I've gotten older, I've grown out of some of the other parks at Disney and really come to enjoy strolling through Epcot. Maybe it's a sign that I'm getting older, but I felt like it made a lot of sense considering how much I've fallen in love with travel. Visiting each country at Epcot only made me want to visit those places in real life. #colorful Never tire of this landmark.... amazing at night.
The Main Street, U.S.A. Station of the Walt Disney World Railroad greets visitors of the Magic Kingdom. The vintage steam-powered locomotive provides a full-circle tour around the Magic Kingdom, with stops in Frontierland and Fantasyland. Seeing Cinderella's Castle around the holidays is a magical experience. Book your tickets early, as it is one of the busiest times of the year. Morocco Pavillion at Epcot in Disneyworld

#patterns Giant gingerbread house in lobby of Grand Floridian Hotel. They start baking four months previous for the tiles needed for this huge house. Out for a sunset walk with my wife here in Disney Springs, Fl Christmas at MK. An unbelievable array of millions of lights at the sadly past Osborne Family Lights. One of Disney's greatest mistakes, removing this phenom. Enjoying an awesome beer at the greatest place in Epcot Best wishes !! I'm not big on posting pictures from well known tourist spots but this snap is just too good/lucky not to share. I am so impressed that Disney can consistently manufacture magical moments like this night in & night out. The magic is alive Do you believe in Magic?? If you need convincing a visit to Magic Kingdom Park for the evening Light Show will surely change your mind!! Watching the huge fairy tale castle turn into a backdrop for projections was out of this world. It feels like you are transported to each and every scene projected. A show worth watching more than once. No need to be a kid to experience the magic Disney creates for all to see. Hang around a bit after the light show and the fireworks to follow will astound you!! Piggylicious Bacon Cupcake, Epcot Center, Florida I was psyched to visit the mother of all Disney castles :) September, 2012. #stunningstructure A picture from a morning boat ride to Downtown Disney from the Port Orleans resort. We were first in line on a Saturday. The rides start at 10:00, but it was quiet that beautiful morning and only a few other people were on the boats. Construction at Downtown Disney has made parking a nightmare. I definitely recommend taking a boat ride there if possible! #waterlust Disney Boardwalk Final float in the magical electric light parade at the Magic Kingdom. View from our hotel room at the Shades of Green in Orlando Florida. Beautiful hotel located away from all of the craziness of the parks but is just a 5 minute bus ride away from the ticket and transportation center where you can catch a bus, monorail or ferry to anywhere in Disney. The Dolphin and its sister property the Swan are within the Walt Disney World property. Keep in mind these are Starwood hotels not Disney hotels so... the process for getting any reservations, park passes or things like linking your fastpass are going to be a bit of a hassle. I have been here dozens of times over the past twenty years working various conventions and that's primarily the hotels specialty. Expect to see large groups of conventioneers with name badges taking over every little space and then all disappearing at once into workshop and general session meeting rooms. As a business meeting hotel it works... going to the parks ? Not my first choice.
As to being a #StunningStructure ... I am always impressed by the giant lotus flower fountains and clamshell waterfalls that balance out the pyramid on the Dolphin. The walk from the Swan to the Dolphin gives a wonderful view. Lined with majestic royal palms and mirror lakes on either side the property's landscaping certainly keeps up with the high bar set by its neighboring Disney properties. Amphicar Rides !! I have to get one of these... Amphibious Classic cars are about as cool as it gets! These rare “Amphicars” drive on land and in the water. For a mere $125 you get your own car with a Captain and up to three people. This is the only place in the world you can experience this unique ride! Disney Springs hosts the world’s largest, hand-painted helium balloon!
The balloon was custom-built for Disney by the Paris-based company Aérophile and is filled with 210,000 cubic feet of helium. The balloon’s basket holds about 30 people and rises on tethers to around 400 feet.
That big sucking sound is not a hole in the balloon ... it’s coming from your wallet. Expect to pay about $20 for adults and $15 for the kiddies for this short ride. Hey, you're on vacation. Go ahead and have the mac and cheese hot dog :) Last time for the beautiful Osborne Family lights at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Let them know if you're disappointed. Epcot One of my favorite landmarks in Walt Disney World. Cinderella's Castle Yummy! I realize photos of Florida theme parks is rather, unexciting. But, from time to time I get a different angle that I'm happy with. I live only 1 hour from all things Disney and I have the photos to prove it. But, this one is my new fave. Don't come to Orlando in the dead of summer. It's 100 degrees and everyone in the parks is miserable. Come in mid January, mid Sept through Oct. much more pleasant then.

The lights have been on display for 20 years every holiday season and will cease their annual celebration as of Jan. 3, 2016, so see it while you can!
The lights are in the Streets of American section of the park. Access is and are included with the regular admission to Disney's Hollywood Studios.
