GREAT VALUE!! Enjoyable Stay!!!
GREAT Value, was skeptical because we found at such a great price, cheaper than most condos at Windsor Hills and not disappointed. Stayed 7 nights with my wife and two kids 6 and 3, loved the Nemo themed room and the trundle bed worked out great, pulled out for a perfect fit between the two beds. Short walk to clubhouse and pool, which had activities almost everyday/night we stayed. Had an issue with the back slider that opened up to the private pool, contacted the company and someone showed up within a few hours to fix the issue but the youngest fell asleep downstairs so they came the next day while at the parks, very responsive. Some of the decals upstairs were peeling but that's probably due to humidity and wasn't a real issue, not even sure the kids noticed. Plenty of cooking utensils and kids items. If you are looking for a place close to Disney and shopping centers this place is great, close to Wal-Mart and many restaurants and novelty shops. Overall a GREAT stay and would stay here again without hesitation.

Great space, great location.
We booked late but read great things about Windsor Hills at spring break. It was well worth it. The price was great for what we experienced. Our own pool, plenty of space for us to have resting kids and adults to watch tv and have some time awake later. The walk to the water park was five minutes. The unit was clean, though could use some minor upkeep—absolutely nothing that inhibited our stay or rating. Two beds and two baths are upstairs, 1/1 is downstairs making for great layout for our 3 and 6 year old to be upstairs with us to sleep in the Nemo room. They loved sharing a room, and the trundle bed pullout made it so if anyone rolled off the bed they’d just fall onto the bed! The complex of Windsor Hills itself is a great location for all things Disney and also just a general sunny getaway to enjoy warm weather and the pool. The zero entry pool and splash pad was an absolute fave of the kids, and gave us parents the peace of mind to relax and enjoy, too.

Perfect Location
We really enjoyed staying at Windsor Hills. The property was quiet and clean. We felt totally safe there and the townhouse was a quick 5 minutes from the Disney Parks. Super Walmart just a 1 minute drive. The house was comfortable and updated. Felt like home. Will definitely book again.

My family and I are very familiar with windsor hills we used to go every year but haven’t been since the pandemic it’s a great place disney is so close walmart is 3 minutes away they have a beautiful water park the resort is beautiful the staff is amazing can’t wait to return next year the town house has a private pool every thing you need to be comfortable great memories can be built at windsor hills

Great House
The house was perfect for us. It was clean and comfy. The pictures of the pool made it seem much bigger than it was. The pool is tiny which was totally ok with our group. The clubhouse and pool were great. So much fun. Super close to Disney. Overall, this place was great and we will return next year.

Perfect for a large family
This house was perfect for my parents and my family to stay at. It has 3 bedrooms, which was perfect. The little pool in backyard was fun. The house was clean and filled with kitchen supplies. It didn't have trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap , dishwasher soap, paper towels, or extra toilet paper. I loved the community pool area. It had 2 water slides and a water play area. My kids loved it!

Beautiful and close to Disney
The resort is awesome for the whole family. The proximity to the Disney parks was wonderful and we could go in go nightly to Disney Springs without traffic. The resort pool was beautiful and the only negative is they advertise a personal pool at the unit but it was cold. I would definitely stay there again Infact we did go back at the end of our month stay in Florida.

Great location! Overall good place to stay!
Great location! Really enjoyed the south facing pool! The privacy was awesome! The townhouse could use some minor updates. Tub drainage was very slow, master bath had a few broken things, smoke alarm was broken in hallway, pool patio could use some touching up and prettiness to it. Overall great place to stay other than needing updated. Would stay again.

The place could use a deep clean. Living room curtains were stained, lots of debris behind the couch, baseboards were dirty, “washed” hand towels upon arrival were dirty/stained in the upstairs bathroom, the bedroom blinds didn’t open/close properly, carpets needed vacuumed. I also wasn’t provided WiFi information in any emails and due to the time we checked in, we didn’t receive a response back until the next day. I wouldn’t stay here again as I really didn’t feel like it was that clean. As noted there really is not any extra supplies provided for you like there are in the other rental units.

This was a FABULOUS place! There were only 3 of us. My two grandsons LOVED the recreation area almost as much as Disney!! One of them left their ipad and I contacted the owner. He is facilitating getting it back for us. Would definitely rent again!!!

Wonderful family spot near Disney
We had to pick a place really quickly since our first rental had roof problems. Didn’t use the small pool since the water park was available with heated water. Really enjoyed washer and dryer. Kids loved their room but had problem reaching toilet paper (in downstairs bathroom too). They broke the plastic roll trying to reach. Just take off and put on counter. Walmart was out of them so couldn’t replace it. Umm a tip. Walmart was crazy busy all 3 times I was there. Some things were completely out. We made do since it was just so close to the condo. Few small things, door handle to closet in kids room needs replaced (reported) and blinds in there were a bit broken but—it was cute! Overall, a nice place if you need a kitchen and room for family. And close to Disney!!!

Nice townhome
Nice townhouse, plenty of space for 5 people. All furniture comfortable and in good condition. Adequate towels, but no face towels. Kitchen utensils and cookware are minimal and low quality. Make sure to bring your own dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, and hand soap. We used the pool one day (Sept) but it was very chilly. Not sure if the pool has a heater- we weren't made aware of it being an option. Would stay here again.

Great stay overall
We had a great time. The house was clean, spacious, comfortable and had what we needed. It’s in a great location. A few things to consider for future guests: replace light in pool, replace toaster, ensure heating is set properly for pool, ensure landline is operating. Thanks!

Although we only stayed one night here, this unit was equipped with everything of family of 5 needed. Our last minute booking was responded to quickly and check in was smooth. Nice secure neighbourhood. Did not get a chance to check out the clubhouse or pool, but looked impressive. Location was ideal.

Tada!! it was everything it was said to be and that is a huge relief.
We arrived early evening checked in went to Disney for dinner. Got up and left at 7 AM so it was a short stay but we come to the Orlando area a couple times a year and this will definitely be our first choice if available. Super value!!

Unit needs some TLC
We stayed here for 4 nights in January. We had several issues during our 4 days including issues with the internet, electrical fuses, and no pool heat despite paying in advance. The local property manager was very responsive and we were able to eventually get the issues resolved. The internet issue did cause my daughter much unnecessary anxiety, as she had graduate assignments due which she was unable to submit on time. Overall, the unit just needs some TLC but was very clean when we arrived.

Windsor hills is great
This property is overall great, well furnished even has baby gear (high chair, playpen, etc.). Pool Is fairly warm because of it’s location (we stayed during the summer). Overall has what you need. Could have a few beach towels to make it easier for travelling but otherwise all great. Nice disney touches too in decoration.

Definetly, one more reason to come back
Property is just like it seems at the video and shown photos. A really confortable pleace, Everything Clean and rules correctly detailed at the rules folder/tips and tricks provided over the TV furniture. I recommend a Quick Review on this folder to make the proper Updates (i.e.: The provided address for the closest Wallmart is out of date, there is Another one just 2-3 min distant by car). Unfortunately we could not use the pool as we hade many Days scheduled for the theme parks. But I definetly recommend this Place. Note: There should be a rate grade as "not applicable". For instance, we did not have any need to Contact the Property Manager, so rate it with 5 stars is not the most accurate and honest score.

Update your video.
Time to update your video as well as some of the furniture. Your video states that there are hand held phones throughout the premises. This is most definitely not the case. The pool was not working properly so there was a scum on the walls and floor of pool thus we didn’t even set a toe in the water. The fridge was leaking on the floor and the washing machine didn’t work but after a call and a few days these were repaired. The upstairs tub in the main bedroom could not be used as a tub in fear that the diverter would break. The jacuzzi tub is in name only as there are no jets to function. The actual stopper does not belong to this tub. There is an ironing board but no iron. Although the facility was somewhat clean it is time for a deep thorough clean and some new towels.
