"My kids loved it. We got a kick out of the rustic nature of it. The shower was plenty hot and water tasted like a good Kentucky well. Starting a fire was a bit of an adventure for the kids too. The light switches took a minute to sort but not bad. The switch for primary light was kind of hidden. Checking in at dusk turned it into a hunt. Host was responsive and easy going. "

"Our stay at Sunrise Inn Williamstown was great. The room was very clean, the parking lot was clean and well lit. We observed the staff cleaning the sidewalks as they were cleaning the rooms. Breakfast was offered, however due to time restrictions we didn't eat there. We had no trouble with the Wi-Fi. I think my only issue would be with the mattress, they were a bit on the wore out side, but not horrible. We would definitely stay if we were to be in that area again. "

"Convenient location for our visit to The Ark. Several coffee shops and places to eat very close to hotel. Not a good place to stay for light sleepers as hotel is older; interstate traffic and other guests in next room are easily heard"

"The staff was nice. However, the hotel had that nasty old smell inside the rooms. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable."

"When we got to the room we checked everything. The toilet seat was up and had urine on it. We let the front desk know and they gave us another room. We went to that room and it smelled like fresh smoke so we went back to our original room. After that, we didn’t have any problems. The beds were comfortable. And the staff were nice. We stayed there to visit the Ark Encounter. I wish there were more breakfast options. There wasn’t a water station or a selection for people with stricter dietary requests. "

"The front desk people were extremely friendly and helpful. Although they are still doing some remodeling, the hotel was beautiful and welcoming. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the bar with food and drink watching March Madness games."

"Pool was small and only had a maximum capacity of 10 people. Staff was not very friendly. A staff member scolded my children. Not enough towels in room. Breakfast didn’t have a wide variety of food "
