Nothing stands between you and the ocean in this 4 BR, 4 Bath oceanfront luxury villa that recently underwent an extensive renovation with no detail or expense spared. As you stroll down the staircase leading to your private pebble beach, stop for a moment on the viewing platform and feel the stress of everyday life melt away as you smell the saltwater and feel the warm ocean breeze. Grab your snorkel gear and explore the marine life right in front of your house, or head over to Dawn Beach via private access path where you can enjoy a tropical drink at the Westin beach bar and luxuriate in some of the finest, softest sand on the island. This designer home with a modern, beachy vibe will hit the mark for the highly discerning traveler seeking the ultimate luxury experience. Located in the gated community of Dawn Beach Estates, the views and location of Amor de Mer simply cannot be matched. Walking distance to Westin which features a beach club, outdoor restaurant/bar, and the best casino on the island (casino expected to re-open late 2020). Owners are island insiders who provide a premium and cultivated island experience. Arrangements can be made prior to arrival for daily housekeeping, private chef, in-home massage appointments, or boat excursions. We know the best on the island.

We love to travel, spend time with family and friends and have new experiences. Our goal is to create exceptional places for our guests to have amazing times together. Incredible vacation
Everything about this location is great. Communication with Donna Marie prior to arriving was super informative and helpful. The welcome guide you receive has a lot of useful information that we used to plan our trip. Upon arrival we were met at the rental car counter by Roger who escorted us to the house. Very easy and nice perk on day 1. We rented jeep wranglers from Sixt. Highly recommend - some of the roads are a bit bumpy and we were happy to have the Jeep. The house is just like the pictures. We had 8 people (4 adults, 4 kids). The house was perfect. Tons of space to get away but plenty of space when we all wanted to hang out. Great combination of indoor/outdoor living. Super clean. Highly recommend this house.

Amazing property - definitely recommend!
We had a great stay at this property - everything about it was top notch. The house layout is great as every room has an awesome ocean view overlooking St Barths, and the layout is conducive to many different groups as there are 4 large king rooms each with en suite bath. The management team is also excellent - they reached out multiple times with information prior to our stay to give advice on activities, restaurants, etc. They also checked in on us during our stay to make sure everything went smoothly. It's an easy walk down to the new JW Marriott where you can use the beach and get drinks/food service. But you're also in easy driving distance to other beaches on both sides of the island, as well as naerby restaurants.

Spectacular house with a great management team
The house is in a stunning, very private, and quiet location, overlooking the sea. It has a huge deck, a lovely pool, and is well-equipped and maintained. The owner and her management team are super-responsive to all questions and requests. Though the beach at the house is not safe for swimming, there is a sandy beach a short walk away, with a bar and restaurant, and beach chairs and umbrellas available for the asking. We loved our stay!

Beautiful House with Spectacular View
We just returned from a wonderful week at this beautiful home. The view from the living room and pool deck is stunning -- endless sea and sky. Our kids enjoyed the infinity pool. The house was immaculate, with plenty of space for our extended family. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom. There is a washer/dryer in the house and a fully equipped kitchen. The roads in the area are a little steep and some are not well maintained, but this was not a big deal. The house is a very short drive to a beach club and several restaurants, and other beaches and great restaurants are between 20-30 minutes' drive, depending on island traffic. Donnamarie was an excellent and accessible host, and helped us with spot-on restaurant and beach recommendations and other details of planning our trip. Her local property managers were also great and very accessible. We would definitely return.

Views Waves Sunrise Privacy!!!
This trip with 3 couples was simply amazing! House is as good if not better than advertised. DonnaMarie's communication and sage advice was spot on - trust me, she knows the island! Hidden gem for this villa is the rights to go to the Dawn Beach Club within walking distance for use of pool (extremely nice), beach, and outdoor tiki bar / food etc. Villa is very private and secluded with jaw dropping views of the ocean / sunrise / hilltops/ greenery etc. 10 star experience with a 10 star host!

Fantastic stay!
The property is beautiful and very well laid out. The kitchen is my favorite since I could prepare meals as I had the most amazing views. Also well stocked and nice pantry to store foods. Pool is so refreshing! Lot’s of room for our family to spread out. The constant crashing of the waves was so wonderful. We would definitely recommend staying at this property and can’t wait to go back. Property owner was so great to work with. A quick message from the owner to make sure we had all we needed was a nice touch. Enjoy & don’t hesitate to rent this beautiful location!

Love of the Sea
This is an absolutely amazing property. The view and the layout of the house is perfect for up to 4 couples (8 people). It is equipped with all up to date (and operable) appliances and fixtures. The owner and the manager are very attentive and responsive to all needs. I would come back in a minute due to all these factors and the fact that it is reasonably priced.

Magnificent Villa
Breathtaking villa where the sea meets the sky. Absolutely stunning…The villa was safe, private, immaculate, beautifully decorated and well appointed with everything you need for a great vacation. The gym was fantastic and morning walks were a nice challenge given the hilly terrain and spectacular landscape. Beach access, bar and restaurant just a short walk. Lovely housekeeper and caretaker. Highly recommend this villa for couples and families.

We really enjoyed our stay, house is in a very secure and private area and you really feel connected to the ocean. The villa was incredibly comfortable because everything you could ask for is available for use (for example many, many beach towels, and all the kitchen items you could think of). The communication and care from the managers was also very good and efficient.

Amazing property with fantastic views
We can’t say enough good things about this property. From booking to arrival to check out, communication was great. The house was so clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and the view was amazing! We were provided a ton of info prior to arrival which helped plan our visit. We didn’t have a bad meal anywhere on the Island. We were a family of 5 with 3 older teens but the house would work very well for 4 couples. The workout space was a bonus. Overall, we throughly enjoyed our time in the house and on the island.

It's as beautiful as the pictures!
This was our first time using VRBO so I was a little hesitant as our rental was for 11 nights. However, this amazing house is just as shown in the pictures. More than enough space to vacation with friends or extended family and still feel like you have your own space. We had a wonderful time at Villa Amor de Mer and it surpassed our expectations. The view from the Villa is magnificent and mesmerizing, and we can’t wait to go back. The owner was really helpful, and reached out to us a month in advance to help us arrange/reserve dinners, activities, and car rental. Everything about the Villa is easy and comfortable, and it was the best vacation in years.

Stunning Views and Property
My family and some close friends stayed at this property for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is super clean and well-appointed. Everything you can think of needing is there. (And for the one item that we forgot to bring - pool goggles - the house manager got us some we could borrow.) The pool and deck are beautiful. Moonlit nights on the deck with the 24-7 sound of the waves made the trip very relaxing. The house is located at the end of a secluded street - so very private. But also only a 7 minute walk to the old Westin property if you want to enjoy a more public place a nice beach area. The property manager was very responsive to my inquiries in advance of the trip to plan around COVID concerns and the like. In short - we would highly recommend!

“Love of the Sea”
Amore De Mer was absolutely breathtaking and so searingly stunning - enveloped in sea and sky from every direction. The great room was like being on the aft deck of a private yacht. We have been spending Christmas in SXM for almost 30 years. We’ve found the Villas owned by this family to be among the highest in quality, style, luxury and service - all immaculate and impeccable. We’ve booked their villas for three years running and we would not trust our vacation to anyone else. I took my nieces and nephews ages 22-32 to celebrate their favorite uncles 60th bday, an active family of 8. We started most mornings with a workout in the fully equipped gym. We chartered a boat to St Barts, scuba with Dive Safaris, lunched at Pinel Island, Coco Beach, Anse Marcel, dinners in Grand Case. It was wonderful for the kids to walk down to the Westin Beach Bar for an afternoon swim and drinks (no driving). I particularly enjoyed just relaxing on the aft deck around the pool, enjoying the serenity. The communication from Donna Marie was wonderful. She shared all of her local knowledge with us and offered her assistance at every level. Amore De Mer does not disappoint - we already booked again for next year :) Thank you, DM and Darry P. for the best vacation ever!! We created a lifetime of memories that only deepened our family bond.

Everything about our experience was top notch! Great correspondence with the owner. Thank you for all the island information and favorite recommendations! Superb property, great amenities, all around excellent customer service. I wouldn’t change a thing. The gentlemen meeting us upon arrival was fun, kind and very informative on property details. We loved the ladies who came to clean....: I just realized I forgot to leave a final tip and will Venmo one to the owner. So sorry! We had a wonderful photographer who came to the villa to take family photos. Our adult kids wanted photos at this villa instead of a beach because this was where we gathered on vacation and had our best times.
