Waterside Retreat in Jupiter Inlet

Family-friendly Jupiter vacation home in Inlet District, near Jupiter Beach
Cute 31' RV with two large slide-outs that enhance the room in size. It rests160+ feet away from the road, tucked under a live oak tree hammock, draped with Spanish moss, in the heart of the Jupiter Inlet Village, where you can dock your boat, fish, swim, use our kayak, and walk to Pelican Club and across the street 5 minutes to plunge into the gin clear waters of our ocean!

NOTE: This RV sleeps three (Queen bed and one fold-able mattress pad). Location is perfect for the person who wants to de-stress, read books and soak in the tranquil beauty of the place. Routine cleaning and sanitizing after and before each stay.

As you enter the property, in the Jupiter Inlet Village, you will recognize our 2019 RV. New sidewalks on A1A make it walk and bike friendly. A short 8-minute walk across the street will bring you to the clear waters of our ocean. The driveway provides ample parking.

Enjoy cooking out on a gas grill, table, and chairs to provide convenience in outdoor dining. Beach chairs and lounge chairs are also available. Sway in your hammock under a canopy of oak trees and palms. NEW! Shared, large outdoor shower!

Our Classy RV has its own secure entrance and is in a safe neighborhood. We have a camera looking at the dock and front gate for safety only.

Dock your boat, fish, swim, 2-seat kayak, and 3, 1-seater kayaks. At low tide, the water depth is three and one-half feet. There are two fixed bridges that vary from 14 to 16’ clearance. The river location is a no wake zone.

RV DISCLAIMER
RV camper homes have some lifestyle challenges you may face; and you should know about them so that you are better informed. Of course, adjusting to the smaller space will make it worthwhile to experience the full potential of this lifestyle.
We highly recommend setting realistic expectations and being prepared to anticipate lifestyle challenges when they happen. RVing is not just one long camping trip filled with endless wiener roasts and marshmallows.

The entrance to the RV camper home has a set of metal steps. It is not handicapped accessible. The typical living space is under 400 sq. feet. RVs have more storage space than the typical tiny house, but the living space and features are still much more limited than the typical brick and mortar home.

In an RV camper home, temperature control can be tricky, if not done right. Remember, the floor is open to the elements below, and you may need to adjust the temperature periodically.

The bathroom sinks can be considerably smaller than those found in regular-sized homes. Appliances in the kitchen, and dinner tables are also smaller.

Whether you’re in an RV or your home, you will never have access to an unlimited amount of electrical power. If you stay under the amount of available wattage, your circuits will run smoothly. Exceed your available wattage, and you’ll trip the RV electrical system’s circuit — which you may know first-hand if you’ve ever tried to run your microwave and hair dryer at the same time! Should this happen, flip the GFI in the bathroom located to the right of the sink.

RV plumbing differs greatly from standard residential plumbing; however, this plumbing system sends the wastewater into the two temporary holding tanks. They store the waste until this system feeds into the sewer network. If your stay is longer than 5 days, opening the value release to both waste and grey water may need to be done to avoid smells or water accumulation in the shower floor. This is normal in an RV because it is not moving down the road agitating the waste tank. They are located on the other side of the RV in the second container. Values are marked and should be one at a time (NEVER all three at the same time).

Do you have a large family, friends or wedding guests you would like to be all in one place? We have 2/2 Cottage on the water on the same property. See VRBO# 216770.
"Explorers Retreat" VRBO# 1978485. A1 bedroom, full size bunk and scissor sofa bed, not on the water but has rights to the water. Also available late April 2021: 44' Gibson cabin-yacht is docked on the banks of the old Jupiter River, a tropical paradise. Private access waterfront views from the bedroom and extended outdoor patio (down and two upstairs landings).
Air-conditioned accommodations at this vacation home offer DVD players and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to patios. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Bathrooms include showers and hair dryers.
Recreational amenities at the vacation home include a water park.

Awesome experience!
We didn’t not stay at the original bungalow listing because of water damage, but the owner, Amber, provided an amazing condo for our week stay! The condo was recently renovated and perfect for us. The area was clean and safe, the permanent owners were very kind and welcoming, and it was on the beach with a pool. Amber met us on check in and showed us around. The condo had great ocean views and we used the pool area and ocean access. We were very thankful to have this option when the first rental was not available. We would highly recommend the condo, or working with Amber on other properties. The condo had beach chairs, towels and pool noodles that we used. Seems as everything was thoughtful as to what is needed for a Florida vacation. We ate at many local restaurants that we would recommend; Mi Mexico (Delicious and strong Margaritas!), Breakers for hamburgers, JBs Fish Camp for seafood and sunsets! Thank you Amber for making this stay awesome! We will be contacting you in the future.

2/10 Terrible

Disappointing
In all fairness the owner did warn us the day before our departure that work was being done at the site (some water pipe repair). When we got there we had to wait a couple more hours to enter the rental as there was a huge hole directly in front of the door. This was the repair being done. For two days we walked through mud and sand since the walkway wasn’t replaced till Monday. The interior was pretty dirty. Old carpet hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The bed was not comfortable but kind of hard. The shower had mold in it and the interior of the RV was pretty outdated and much smaller in person than in the photos. I feel that the photos of the place were not representative of the actual. Outside was totally disrupted with building materials everywhere. We left a day early and couldn’t stand it any longer. In all fairness I would like one nights fee returned to us. Owners should not be renting out while repairs are being done.

Very tranquil.
The owners equipped this rental with a hand book that introduced us to places to eat, shop , and entertainment for the area. The Rv was just perfect set up to meet all our needs. This vacation rental is a must.
