I arrived at 2 pm; no one was in the office. Waited for 15-20 minutes and rang the bell they had, called, walked around the property to look for receptionist but never found anyone so left. Did NOT stay so would like REFUND. I paid insurance. Place did not look well kept and clean. Obviously not well managed. Dianne ishida

Very disappointing. Nothing resembles the pictures! Room locks were broken and overall, it was not clean or welcoming. The staff was responsive but looked overwhelmed and sadly nor very polite or professional.

Hot tubs were hot but old facility needs cleaning and repairs. Lots of broken glass and destroyed rooms,possibly from riots. Homeless camping all around neighborhood. Fridge had gunshot hole in the door. Maids came into room unannounced twice
