“I often travel with sport teams and stay at the hotel throughout the country. This was the most poorly managed hotel. The breakfast was advertised as 7-9 am. However at 8:40 the breakfast food was out without being replaced. When asked to replace the food, the hotel staff said that the breakfast is closed and no more food is coming. My team was told two days in row to vacate the lobby and stop socializing. The first night it was at 10 pm, the second night we were told the quiet time starts at 9……

Also the entrance to the hotel from Superior, street entrance cross the street the from parking structure, did not allow of entrance to the hotel, only exit. This seemed odd given this entrance appeared to have been setup with keypad access at one time.”
