From the minute we checked in we didn’t like the property, the front desk, manager, even bell boy need customer service training. This is not a 4 or 5 star property but their attitude is high and mighty, they overcharged my Credit card without any explanation, not much dinning option available, Thermal pool was dirty, when we complained to the manager, she started to argue. I asked her to leave a day early and she agreed however I still haven’t seen a refund of 1 night yet. Really disappointed.

Great place to stay in Pammukale
Good hotel.. thermal pool was a good thing so We didn’t need to use the public pool in Pammukale. Also the thermal water coming into the bath tubs was also a great thing. To use the water personally in your own bath tub. A special mention to Yousuf who helped us in the restaurant as we are vegetarian and he was very sweet and helpful and organised a lovely dinner for us.
