Fun LocationPosted Jun 23, 2015
Pros: Location, close to metro and Notre Dame, Great price for location.
Cons: TWO Key's
Place is in a great location, great places to eat close to Notre Dame. Steep stairs up to second floor but manageable. Bed's are a bid hard, need more and better pillow's and blankets. Air when working was great and Pascal came and got it working again. Negative need two key's. And bring your own toilet paper for long stay's they only supply one roll.

cosy mais bruyant.Posted May 21, 2015 on Hotels

Posted Feb 3, 2015 on Hotels

정말좋은것Posted Feb 3, 2015 on Hotels

Not Good !!!! (apt for 4) 24 Rue Xavier PrivasPosted Jan 13, 2015 on Hotels
First, I called Pascal from Airport and upon arrival to apartment, there was no one there to meet us...Had to wait. #2 Got back to room first night to find there was no hot water, called and e-mailed Pascal...with no return call but an email. What was more upsetting was his response and I quote, "Please let me know if problem continues tomorrow and I'll go over..." WHAT ?? My wife and I just paid cash for a five night stay with two children and not having hot water the first week of January or any month of the year for that manner is a problem that can wait til tomorrow ! No concept of customer service just take the money and run. Tile in Bathroom had mold and beds were not comfortable, one is a thin mattress on the loft and the second is a pull out sofa bed. When you open sofa bed pictured in Blue, you can't walk inside the apartment. I understand the price wasn't bad for Paris but stay wasn't worth the savings. Look elsewhere.

Latin Quarter ApartmentPosted Oct 8, 2014 on Hotels
Good Left Bank location -Bvd Saint Germain/Bvd Saint Michel. Lots of restaurant options & pastries from Paul's! Handy supermarket options and Metro & Airport RER on doorstep. Apartment has plenty of room for couples and Pascal provided enough creature comforts for a comfortable stay.

Great location - poor beddingPosted Sep 8, 2014
Location: Close to Notre Dame - Ile de la Cite
It was a great experience but it was really pushing it to say it accommodates 4 people. It was very cramped with the 4 of us but it would have all just about been bearable had the bedding been better. The kids had no pillows to speak off...just cushions and just a sheet to cover them...no duvet. For the main bed we had 1 very thin, hard pillow each which for me meant 3 very uncomfortable nights. Having said all of that the equipment in the apartment was pretty good; nice bathroom & kitchen but it's the location that makes any short comings worthwhile as you really are right in the heart of the Latin Quarter. Expect plenty of noise though!

thanks for your input Ian. You probably did not notice it during your 3 nights stay but all pillows and comforters are in the large closet behind the apartment door. The apartment indeed sleeps 4 people but at that very competitive price in the best part of Paris you cannot indeed expect lots of space for 4! Thanks for staying with us

My "Ratatouille" home in ParisPosted Jul 12, 2014 on Hotels
We loved this cozy appartment located in the heart of the Latin Quarter in Paris. Location was a 100!!! Walking distance to Notre Dame Catedral, easy walks to Louvre, D'Orssay, Pompidou Centre. Had everything you could possibly need, i.e. washing/drying machine, stove, fridge, microwave, nice size bathroom w/tub. We loved sitting at balcony and watch the activity. Downstairs we found the best restaurants in the city, good French food at very reasonable prices, L'Auberge was the best and also the Gyro place at the corner. We will definitely come back and will recommend to our friends!!!

Great location and space!Posted May 27, 2014 on Hotels
Perfect location, right next to Notre Dame Cathedral and various metro stations. The room was great, the only minor grievance would be the lack of toilet paper/towels supplied - other than that all things were excellent and perfect for independent travelers. Hairdryer and even straightener were left for use!
