It's perfect for a romantic vacation. Shops are nearby. We look forward to welcoming you :) \## Logement This small studio is warm and charming. Located on the 4th floor without elevator, it comprises : \- a mezzanine sleeping area with a double bed 160 x 190 ; \- a functional bathroom; \- a fully equipped kitchen; \- a terrace where you can enjoy an aperitif, barbecue or relax in the evening. You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and location. During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Barbecue, Fan, Oven, Coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. The accommodation is located in a pedestrian street; 5 minutes by metro from the countryside in Paris (line 1). Take advantage of the greenery and atmosphere of the neighborhood to relax and recharge your batteries between visits! Line 11 of the Paris subway (Télégraphe station) takes you to the center of Paris in 15 minutes (Châtelet, Hôtel de ville, le Marais, etc.). Numerous bus routes criss-cross the area, offering direct access to various points in Paris, such as Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est and Place de la Nation. The circular tramway line around Paris is also just a 5-minute walk away (T3b Hôpital Robert Debré station).
