Built in 2015 and LEED certified, enjoy all the amenities you would want with your home away from home. Before you arrive, our townhome will be professionally cleaned, temperature set and prepared with any special requests you may have. The first floor has a large 1 car garage with built in ski and snow board racks. Additional cars can be parked on our private driveway and 10 feet away in the Newpark parking lot. Store and dry your equipment in our mud room equipped with a Cyclone Boot Warmer system. Got a baby or badly behaving grown up? No problem. We have a Pack 'n Play in the master bedroom. The second floor is the main living space. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities for a proper cook: All Clad pots and pans, Keurig coffee maker, Ninja blender (think: margaritas), Le Cruset cooking tools, Henkles and Leguiole knife sets (and yes, they will be sharp!), toaster oven, Kitchen Aid mixer, cast iron panini maker, wine tools, bar tools for handmade cocktails, bakers tools, Weber BBQ and tools. Eat your heart out. Watch your favorite shows on our 60" Samsung smart TV, play games like Scrabble or Settlers of Catan. Eat in style on our mid-century Saarinen table and custom polka dot upholstered chairs. Warm up in front of our natural gas built-in fireplace. Crash out on our West Elm full size sofa sleeper that folds out in seconds. It all happens in the main room. The third floor is where serious rest and relaxation happens. There are 2 bedrooms, each with their own private bathrooms. Both rooms are equipped with Tuft & Needle mattresses (1 King & 1 Queen), Nelson bubble lamps, blackout honeycomb shades, 40" Samsung smart TVs, hotel quality bedding, Charisma luxury towels, Whole Foods approved hand soap, body wash, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. And ladies, we got you covered with ceramic hair dryers. Oh and did we mention? Each bedroom also has super thoughtful USB outlets to charge your devices along with closet storage, a luggage rack and wood hangers. An iron and ironing board is stored in the master bedroom closet. There are 2 Exped 10XL inflatable, high-end air mattress and twin bedding for your kiddos. Sore muscles? No problem. Just up to the rooftop deck where a Jacuzzi hot tub and killer views await. And while you're up there, check out the gorgeous pergola with the solar panels. Yep, we are the only rooftop solar paneled townhomes in all of Park City and we love that they provide 20% of the energy for our home. **LOCATION** We are located by the Kimball Junction Station in the Newpark area, a brand new eco-conscious, LEED certified development in Park City. Just minutes away from Park City ski resort, Deer Valley and Old Town via the free bus. From our townhome, walk 1 minute to the Newpark Hotel bus stop and you're on your way!. **GETTING AROUND** The free bus stops directly by the townhome (in front of the Newpark Hotel) and will take you anywhere you need to go in town. You may want a car for this location but it is not necessary because the bus system is highly efficient and runs on a regular and frequent schedule in the winter. **SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS** Master bedroom: 1 King Tuft & Needle mattress Guest bedroom: 1 Queen Tuft & Needle mattress Main level: 1 Full West Elm sofa sleeper 2 twin air mattresses **CONTACT** Need anything during your stay? Summer Vacation Fun
We come to The Park City area every year in the Summer. This has been our favorite place so far. The location is very convenient for shopping, restaurants and activities. The townhouse was well stocked and clean. The decor is modern but comfortable. The hot tub was nice after a day of mountain biking. We had no issues with the booking and information was readily available. We would rent here again.

Great location, very clean!!!
We were on a 2 week road trip staying in different places along the way, and this turned out to be the best part of our trip. The property is located near shops and grocery which made it very convenient! It's an easy drive to Deer Valley and Park City resorts, as well as Main Street. There is also a paved trailhead nearby which is great for biking or running (the trail also goes towards Park City which was a great ride if you're into that). The place is very clean throughout, and with very comfy beds. The kitchen well-stocked, and the grill on the deck was a plus! The one-car garage was big enough for our van plus bikes and gear. The rooftop hot-tub was a nice treat after a long day in the trails, and was a cool hang-out spot at night with the family. It will be a great place to stay again whenever we are back in Park City.

Great, clean condo in a perfect area
The condo was exactly as described. We loved the location - walking distance to groceries, lots of take-out options, etc. The rooftop hot tub was a special treat. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked and the garage was a nice bonus for our three mountain bikes and a small wagon. The esponse time to my inquiries was very timely. I definitely recommend this well-lit and nicely appointed condo!

Perfect!
Three story townhouse with a one car garage. Hot tub on the rooftop patio area. Full kitchen with two separate bedrooms with en suite full bathrooms. Sitting area on 2nd floor that could be a third bedroom if needed with a smaller full bathroom. Plenty of room, nice and clean. Did have a few ants crawling around but nothing to be alarmed about (it happens). Definitely stay again if in the area.

Great location! Beautiful condo! Slightly cramped for family of 6 as second bedroom is tiny but overall very pleased!
