Family-friendly Park City resort in Kimball Junction, near Canyons Resort
Professionally decorated, cozy, perfect location! CAREFULLY AND THOROUGHLY SANITIZED AFTER EACH GUEST!! This professionally decorated townhome is literally overlooking the Swaner Nature Preserve and includes stunning views to the southeast of the nature preserve (including wildlife) and Deer Valley ski resort and sits within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and shops. The kitchen comes with amenities that will make chefs happy, and comfy couch with flat screen TV make it easy to relax after a long day of activities. Within walking distance, you’ll also find a movie theater, gym and paved trail that runs through the nature preserve. You do not need a car in this area because you can walk or take free city buses to most anywhere--Park City ski resorts, outlet shopping, and Old Town Main Street. We think this condo and Units in the same building are in the best location in all of NewPark. Why? Because it is south-east facing (towards Deer Valley and away from the freeway), is right next to the main restaurants, is within walking distance of the Snyderville Basin Recreation Center and does not have railings around the main level porch (like some units further south). While this is a 2 bedroom townhome, it comfortably sleeps 8. Each bedroom includes a queen sized bed and extra beds include the daybed in the nook on the second flor with a trundle bed (together they sleep 2) and a queen sofa sleeper for 2 in the family room with a brand new high quality mattress. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and there is an additional full bathroom downstairs with a shower. Unit Features: - Private deck facing wildlife preserve on main floor and private balcony off master bedroom also facing wildlife preserve, both with views of Deer Valley -- often you can see elk wandering around the preserve (we left a pair of binoculars in case they are not nearby) - 3 full bathrooms w/ showers (one with bath tub) - Fully equipped kitchen (that chefs will appreciate) with granite counter tops and quality cookware and equipment, including a new Vitamix - 3 flat screen TV’s w/ digital cable, docking station/speakers, free WiFi - In-unit washer & dryer - Single car garage with key-less entry, equipped with ski racks and storage - Newpark and the adjacent Redstone Towne Center include dozens of restaurants, bars, shops, Whole Foods, Smith’s Grocery, several coffee shops, bakeries, a movie theater, an ice cream shop and more! All of these are within walking distance and at least 6 restaurants are less than 400 feet away (but not visible)! - 1 minute walk to free bus service to all three Park City ski resorts, Old Town Main Street, Tanger Outlet Shopping, and more - Unit sits on paved biking and hiking trail that connects Old Town Park City to the Basin Recreation Trail System and backs right up to the Nature Preserve -- you are surrounded by thousands of birds - 3 minute walk to Basin Recreation Center Fieldhouse & Silver Mountain Sports Club (day passes available – see web sites); the Fieldhouse includes a new outdoor year-round lap pool and hot tub on a heated deck that is awesome! (14 years and older) --Now with Xbox in living room and Sonos 1 speaker in Master Bedroom! --Free DVD collection and books and games!

Fantastic condo, location and experience with property manager
Family of four had a great two weeks in the condo. The condo is so well stocked and the bbq works great. We made several meals at the house. The view of the preserve and having two decks to enjoy was super nice. What we appreciated most was how clean the unit was and how responsive the property manager was through-out the process. We tried to extend an extra week it was so great. Thanks for hosting us.
