One of my favorite Greenville hang outs. Stop by their cafe for a quick bite made with locally sourced food (try their new brick oven pizza!). The staff works diligently with local farmers to source their products and you can tell by their phenomenal grocery section and the quality of everything they serve. Lots of take out food options available. (Pre-made chicken pot pie, anyone?). Plus their event calendar is full of fun things like cooking classes and community dinners. When your tummy is full, head outside and explore a pretty area of the Swamp Rabbit Trail right beyond its doors.

"I've stayed at hundreds of rental properties over my years a travel, and this loft was one of the more unique setups. We loved it, and it was perfect for our two-family group. The kids loved the multiple floors and ability to find a nook to separate themselves from the rest of the family. The location is perfect to enjoy Downtown Greenville to its fullest, and communication throughout the stat was great. "We spent a week in the Greenville area looking a prospective property to purchase and this loft was perfect. It only took us 10 min to drive to Greenville and less than 30 min to surrounding communities. The loft itself was spacious, modern, and clean with a well stocked kitchen. It is a very nice place and would try to get it again if we come back to Greenville."

"I stayed here with my nephew for a weekend trip in Greenville. It was a nice size. He said he slept on the fanciest air mattress ever. We parked in the garage and walked or biked everywhere."

"This property was great for what we needed. It’s quite a bit a ways from downtown Greenville but otherwise is an okay part of town. The house was nice and the property manager was very easy to get a hold of. However, there could be a few things that could be added such as an iron, blow dryer, etc. Also, the dishwasher was not working so a drying rack would have been great."
