"everything was great, The entire place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the views are outstanding. the only issue at all was that the Bistro got some really long lines at popular times. The food and service there were great, but at popular times they may benefit from a bit of increased staff. "

"We were supposed to have housekeeping on one day of our three night stay. They never showed up in spite of assurances from the staff that they would. One other detail is that while close to uptown shops and restaurants, the resort is massive and it takes quite a lot of walking to get out. Getting there from our room required walking down a street with no sidewalk. Would not stay here again."

"Typical budget hotel with a clean, large and comfortable room. The parking lot had plenty of parking, breakfast was simple but good considering what the room rates are. My only issue with the hotel is that I could not watch tv because the remote did not work "

"we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the stay. We loved the easy access to Sedona hiking without being in the middle of the heavier traffic. We enjoyed the hot tub after hiking and the pool area was never crowded and was nicely kept. Would stay here again! "

"The hotel and rooms are fine. Pretty typical of Drury's all over the country. Nice but nothing special. The front desk staff was outstanding, but the breakfast staff was not. They honestly acted like they didn't even want to be there. They were unfriendly, slow, and not putting much effort into keeping up with replenishing the food and drink."

"Lovely location if you'd like to be away from traffic and noise, you have to drive about 20 minutes to get to downtown Sedona. being in the woods and by the river was the best deal for us. our room had no internet access which was a perfect addition to connect with nature."

"I enjoyed having a room with kitchen, table and balcony so I could enjoy breakfast and dinner. The large refrigerator was a bonus. Staff were helpful by carrying my liggage to second floor. Swimming pool was perfect for a morning swim. Safe area to walk. Close to the Melting Point where we took a class. We would definitely return!"
