"Convenient to BWI airport. Safety bar in shower was loose on one end. It seemed like the bed in our accessible room was slightly smaller than a normal queen bed - I was constantly making contact with my wife when I rolled over."

The shuttle service was top-notch. It was prompt, easy to use, and the drivers were friendly and professional. After our trip, the shuttle picked us up from the airport quickly and got us back to our car in no time. The entire experience was seamless and stress-free — exactly what you want when traveling. The only thing that I wanna bring to you guys attention is the fact that it doesn’t have a microwave and I feel like that is very convenient and important furthermore for the people that will be checking in your hotel afterwards.
