Disgraceful. Start to finish. Arriving at 6pm, no answer to help get in. 10 minutes on the phone to gain entry. Room was hideous. Dirt and stains on the floors, hairs in the bathroom, ceilings cracked, dirty kitchen, what looked like mould and best of all the two smoke detectors were open and the batteries removed - which I think is a fire hazard and probably a code violation. Complained on the first night, would have left if there was a room available anywhere nearby, but there wasn’t. I complained the next day to hotels.com, not very helpful either - they gave a small credit for a future stay (10 or 15% of the cost) and told me to contact global suites directly for the rest. Which I did. By phone. Then my email. Several times. No response. Ever. Assured managers would call back. Nothing. I have never experienced a worse stay and lack of any customer service. They should be ashamed and I would not recommend this place or booking through hotels.com again. Ever. Uber to another town if you have to.
