“Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Continental breakfast is a room add on, otherwise it is about $20 per person daily. Staff is very friendly and a vast majority of them are bilingual for English speakers.”

“Staff saw I was in line but decided to take a phone call instead & make me wait. Never told at check-in where the pool & restaurant were. Handicapped parking spaces a joke; they were narrower than regular parking spots; not fit for a car. The pictures on the web of the ocean view did not match the real view, very disappointing to pay extra for the view & not get it.”

“Not sure if there was a vending machine, ice maker or microwave. It would be great to have some kind of food when it is late at night. Not sure if they have a kitchen where they could be a microwave and ice maker. I did not ask for these, but also there were no sign of them having them. There is only one electrical outlet, so a power cord would be helpful. Other than that, it is a beautiful place with nice, beautiful rooms. I would definitely stay in this place again. I definitely recommend……

“The air conditioning was not functioning properly during our stay. Additionally, there was early construction activity in the building that caused significant noise, disrupting our sleep. The disturbance was severe enough that we ultimately had to leave the property. ”

“Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. ”
