Situated on a generous four acres, this close-to-everything but feels rural property will be your home away from home.
With a south-facing exposure the house is bright and welcoming. A huge yard is perfect for families and pets. Please note this is not a fenced property.
Just minutes away are all the services, grocery, restaurants, and shopping you may need.
Two-vehicle garage is included. House is centrally heated/cooled.
Pets welcome if approved, please enquire. Pet fee is $20/night/pet.

Perfect place for a family
Our stay was wonderful! The house was very clean and fit our family of 5 perfectly. The 4 acre property was beautiful. We saw multiple deer each day, even 2 babies. When visiting family and friends again, we really hope this house is available.

Nice House in a Quiet Neighborhood
Nice house, great yard, in a really nice, quiet area that's within 20-30 minutes of all the best Rochester has to offer. The kitchen could use some more pots/pans/utensils, and the beds were modest, but the living room couch was huge and comfy, and the place was just generally clean and pleasant to be in. Highly recommended if you need a place to stay on the east side of Rochester!

Penfield Solitude
The property is exactly as described on the VRBO website. The owners have it well out-fitted with towels, sheets, cookware, utensils, W/D, etc. Everything needed to just move in with your groceries and live comfortably. Beds were comfortable and the huge sectional with the TV was a great place for our group to catch up and plan. Similarly, kitchen table right next to kitchen meant cooks were always in the conversation. There are no adjacent properties that you can see or hear (ie, no lights at night) so it is quiet and dark. Would suggest bringing a couple of deck chairs as there is a nice patio but nothing to sit on. Of course, not a problem by October.
