Enjoy a sleeping in a king-sized bed in the master bedroom that has direct balcony access and an en suite bathroom with dual sinks and tiled shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and there is a 2nd bathroom with one sink and a shower/tub combo. The sleeper sofa opens into a queen size bed so the unit can accommodate 6 adults comfortably.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster & toaster oven plus a Keurig & a traditional drip coffee maker. It is fully equipped with pots/pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. if you want to stay in and cook your own meals. The dining table seats 6 and there’s 4 additional chairs at the breakfast bar.

The condo to relax after a long day on the beach or basic cable, DVD player and Amazon Fire TV Stick to access your subscription services like Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, Prime Video, Hulu, etc.

The unit has its own large, covered back balcony that overlooks the pool which is perfect for sipping coffee during sunrise or watching the kids in the pool. In the evening, enjoy a beverage on the front balcony while taking in our beautiful sunsets with views of the Gulf of Mexico and Little Sabine Bay.

You'll have free WiFi in the unit and at the large community pool that is only shared by 16 units. There is an outdoor shower at the base of the south stairwell for rinsing off.

This condo is on the 3rd (top) floor so you won't have anyone walking above your head! There are 2 stairwells-one on each end of the building. The unit is not wheelchair accessible.

There is 1 reserved parking space for the unit. A 2nd vehicle can park in a marked Visitor's space on a first-come/first-served basis but there's plenty of free parking across the street at Casino Beach. You can also enjoy the FREE island trolley that runs Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend from 4pm-midnight. https://visitpensacolabeach.com/trolley-information/

There's no need to worry about traffic (park and walk) since you'll be walking distance to Gulf of Mexico, over 15 restaurants, over 10 bars, over a dozen shops, Laguna's and Quietwater Beach Boardwalk. Casino Beach and the Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier are just across the street. For those with small children and want calmer waters than the Gulf, there's our complex's private beach on Little Sabine Bay and a short walk away is Santa Rosa Sound.

Guests have access to the stacked washer/dryer so it's easy to keep clothing clean during your stay. Not many rentals offer this!

We provide guests with beach chairs, beach towels & beach umbrella. There are many companies on the island that rent scooters, golf carts, bikes, paddle boards, water equipment, etc.

We do not collect any damage deposit amount up front but you can be charged up to $500 via Vrbo's damage claim system if you or your guests cause damage to the unit. If damages exceed that amount, they will be billed to you directly.
