The property is fenced-in and provides a 20'x40' pole barn to park your camper under with enough parking for your boat trailer. You can dock your boat at our private dock (located at the property). If you love fishing, the trout and redfish are plentiful. Scollop Season is a wonderful, fun time here! Golf cart friendly, with the best sunsets ever!! There is a golf cart trail that runs from Dark Island past Cedar Island to Keaton Beach. Boat ramp available 100 yards from property. Keaton Beach is 3 miles north and Steinhattchee is 14 miles south.
