"The check in was effortless and quick, once I provided my IHG membership number I was thanked for being a member. The room was spacious, clean with a large bathroom and a shower that had great pressure and hot water. We had dinner in the restaurant which was fabulous and the breakfast was varied and delicious offering a variety of fruit, breads, meats, cheese and a couple of hot dishes. We were offered eggs to order but were happy with what was on offer. The staff at the hotel was wonderful, everyone wanted to ensure that we were properly serviced. We took the shuttle to the airport which left promptly at 8:30 and the driver helped us with our luggage. A very positive experience and we would definitely return."

"No water in the restroom on our first night. Shower head fell off the second day. Evening staff (front desk) was rude and had a did not want to be bothered mood. Will never return or recommend to anyone"

"The staff was pleasant and the property was clean. However, it is overpriced. They charged us 100 USD to check in at 11 instead of 2 even though we were checking out the next day at 5:30 am. Consistently throughout South America we were able to get an earlier check in time for free. "

"I didn't go into the pool it's very small in person compared to the internet. There's a mall very close by but it's expensive for clothes etc..food is reasonable there ."
