Located in the quiet, desirable neighborhood of Power Ranch, just steps away from the heated community pool and spa! This is the perfect home to kick back, rest and relax and enjoy a day BBQing at the pool. Private backyard with artificial turf, floral landscaping and an outdoor seating area. Attached 2 car garage. Walking into the home, you'll enter the living room. The living room is furnished with two brown leather sofas, two coffee tables, two end tables with lamps, and a 65" flat screen Smart TV that sits above a dark wood console. To the left is a leather ottoman and floor table. Just past the living room is the kitchen and dinning area. The dinning area has a bar table that can seat 3 people and a traditional dinning table that seats 6 people comfortably. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with two counter stools. The kitchen has granite counter tops, brown wood cabinets and black appliances. You'll find the kitchen furnished with everything you need help you prepare a delicious home cooked meal. The master bedroom has a wooden King sized bed with a night stand and lamp to each side of it. At the foot of the bed sits a wooden bench for getting ready. There is a wooden dresser chest that sits to the right of the bed, by the window. Across from the bed is a wooden console that has a 55" Smart TV sitting on top of it. Attached to the master bedroom is the master bathroom. The master bathroom has a dual vanity with two sinks and a walk-in shower. The walk-in closet is attached to the master bathroom and provides space for a plentiful amount of clothing. The second bedroom is down the hallway and has a white, wooden queen sized bed. There is a night stand located on both sides of the bed and one lamp. To the right of the bed is a long wooden dresser with a mirror attached. Across from the bed is a dresser chest with a 43" Smart TV on top of it. The third bedroom is located at the end of the hall includes a queen sized wooden bed, one night stand with lamp, a standing lamp and a wooden dresser chest. This room has a mounted 43" Smart TV on the wall. The second bathroom has a large, single sink vanity and a tub and shower combo. There is an additional half bathroom. Home includes a full sized washer & dryer and an attached two car garage. Features of the home: \- High Speed WiFi Internet \- Quality Furnishings \- Steps away from the heated community pool, spa, and propane BBQ grills. \- Private backyard with seating area (wicker sofas & parasol umbrella) \- Attached two-car garage \- Full size Washer & Dryer in home \*Pool heat is seasonal, may not heated during the winter.\* Casago House Rules \*\*\*\*\* Disclosure: Owner has security cameras inside of the garage, on the outdoor patio and at the front door entry. \*\*\*\*\* \*\* Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file. \*\* \~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago. \~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM \~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM \~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time \~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes." \~ No pets or large gatherings \~ Renter must park in the garage or visitor parking spaces. Repeated over night parking in the visitor parking is not allowed. \~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens. \~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection \~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file. \~ Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer - This 3 bedroom has a $200 utility allowance per 30 days ($6.67/day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $200 utility cap. \~All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. This is NOT true! I choose this property specifically because of the heated pool and then paid a higher rate than usual because of this specific large heated pool. The house was nicely furnished and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The guest bedroom bathroom's tub was a bit slippery. We picked up a non-slip mat and left it there when departing for future guests. We also picked up a set of measuring spoons and coffee filters and left those for future guests as well. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend the property to others. When we are back in the area, we will certainly look into renting again. Very clean the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans etc. I would suggest installing some sort of hand rails in the master bathroom shower as it gets a little slippery. Our family lives just a couple blocks from the property so easy to walk. The only issue would be parking if you had more than one vehicle there are not very many parking spaces available. The home was incredibly clean and nicely furnished. The only issue we had was not being able to set the thermostat lower than 76\. We like it colder to sleep at night, 74 is our sweet spot. All the rooms have fans, which help, but still nights were a little uncomfortable for sleeping. The pool is right out the front door with the master at the front of the house. Very convenient to the soccer event and shopping centers. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed, the bathroom towels were plush and there was plenty of room for 3 of us. We had two issues and they were addressed promptly: - Mosquitoes and flies were in the house when we walked in - Thermostat was locked to a max temperature making us feel cold. I recommend taking a candle or a scented container to freshen up the room. It was a bit stuffy at first. It would have been a delight had we entered and the house smelled as amazing as it was clean. The house was perfect for each of us to have our own rooms and have our few family members over to view the old family memories we had digitized for them. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The only issue we had was that a smoke alarm in one of the bedrooms started chirping from a low battery in the middle of the night. We called the next morning and maintenance was out to fix it by that afternoon. Check it and check out was easy and well instructed.
