My overall review is a positive one (with some reservations)...Check in was a breeze, very easy, and convenient, and all the instructions provided by text and email by staff was excellent and on point. They even include pictures, and landmarks which made it that much easier. We had a very late check in (at 2 AM), but this wasnt a problem, I texted them to let them know and they got back to me quickly to assure me that it would be ok for the late check-in since its all self service.
The Apt. (1BR) was very nice and had all the amenities described on the Expedia web page. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 out of 5 stars was due to a very pungent smell coming from the bedroom carpet. It honestly smelled like stinky feet or mildew (or maybe something was spilled but not cleaned thoroughly) also the locking mechanism on the door was a bit tricky because for some reason it spins when you try to lock or unlock it. Not sure if it is designed this way or if it was flawed, in any case it was a bit stressful at times. Again due to these few issues I did not give it the highest rating , but overall my stay was great, and to be honest I would give them another try and would definitely book with Frontdesk again, and also I hope that these issues were a one time thing.
