Great location, building is okay. Parking garage is “challenging”, with tight aisles, and residents driving way too fast ! Also, many cars taking two spaces.

It was a great location - very convenient to restaurants and nearby highways. The downside was the maintenance of the unit was sorely lacking, and there were a number of basic items that should have be attended to before we checked in. We communicated these to Front Desk(including pictures of each), but only a few were actually resolved while we were there. A professional management company should be more attentive to maintaining the unit properly - it truly needed a deep cleaning throughout, not just a superficial dusting. Additionally, the living room and kitchen furniture were definitely sub-par. Some people might not have minded staying here, but we found the lack of overall attention upsetting. (Have specific info if this warrants more details).

My overall review is a positive one (with some reservations)...Check in was a breeze, very easy, and convenient, and all the instructions provided by text and email by staff was excellent and on point. They even include pictures, and landmarks which made it that much easier. We had a very late check in (at 2 AM), but this wasnt a problem, I texted them to let them know and they got back to me quickly to assure me that it would be ok for the late check-in since its all self service. The Apt. (1BR) was very nice and had all the amenities described on the Expedia web page. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 out of 5 stars was due to a very pungent smell coming from the bedroom carpet. It honestly smelled like stinky feet or mildew (or maybe something was spilled but not cleaned thoroughly) also the locking mechanism on the door was a bit tricky because for some reason it spins when you try to lock or unlock it. Not sure if it is designed this way or if it was flawed, in any case it was a bit stressful at times. Again due to these few issues I did not give it the highest rating , but overall my stay was great, and to be honest I would give them another try and would definitely book with Frontdesk again, and also I hope that these issues were a one time thing.

The *only* thing I would say I wasn't fond of is that the walls are pretty thin...BUT...the guy next door WAS blasting his music (good music, but I was rehearsing for an event and...yeah...no bueno)...other than that, I was truly . shocked! I didn't *really* expect the suie to look like the picture BUT IT REALLY DID!!! The view from the living room/balcony was breathtaking, the decor SO CUTE, the bed sooooo comfortable...and that tub - I could have sat in it all morning. Will DEFINITELY be staying with FrontDesk again. 10 outta 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The vents needed to be cleaned, very dusty. The oustide windows needed to be cleaned. Kitchen floor needed to be swept and mopped. Dog hair on floor and old spilled sticky spots. Some paint scratches here and there. Bathrooms could use updating, old spanish vibes. Rest of apartment gives modern vibes. Throws me off personally. Solid 8/10
