The room I was provided was not cleaned at all. Hair on the toilet (gross), tub absolutely not cleaned (floor of tub was black) and stain on fitted bed sheet. Just unacceptable. The front desk associate handled the situation like a pro by changing my room for me immediately and apologizing. However, the conversation that I overheard waiting for my dinner one night explained it all. Coworkers pretty much saying that people have "checked out" from their job because it is closing or being taken over in a few weeks makes me believe no one cares about their jobs (and it shows with the lack of cleaning that they are doing in there.. sad). A couple people in there need to get it together.

Our family decided to stay here one weekend. We were checking in and the women was very nice and helpful. Right after checking in we hadn't even gotten to the elevator when we received a call from our neighbors back home that our dogs in our yard have been attacked and killed by a couple of other dogs. We immediately gave the women up front our room keys back while running out with screaming kids. Our whole world had just shattered. The women up front said I'm so sorry we will take care of it. Unfortunately her general manager wasn't as kind and charged us full price for our hotel room with no refund.

It was overpriced. We booked for a king-sized bed, yet ended up with 2 queen-sized beds. Microwaves were placed in hotel lobby instead of in rooms. Bathtub was difficult to get out of. TV had no channel guide. The in house restaurant was too expensive for our taste. Some staff weren't very friendly. On the positive side, It had good freeway access.
