When we entered out room we saw the bed wasnt made, there were no sheets or a comforter. And the air conditioner did not work causing the room to stay upwards 80 degrees the whole night
The property was recently acquired by the new owners and it seems like they’re open a little too soon. Staff is excellent but organization seems off due to renovations.
Arrived late night. No other cars where in the parking lot- red flag. Initially the staff was nice until confronted about me walking into a dirty room. Attitude became indifferent and not willing to take accountability. Excuses… 3 people quit, house keeping didn’t clean it, we don't have house keeping. Its one thing to be short staffed but, it would have taken very little for the staff to walk 3 minutes and verify the room was actually clean before assigning it. The next morning we woke to someone trying to get into our room. The night shift never told the oncoming manager they had to move our rooms. The pool, Parking garage, and restaurant are not open. Do not be tricked into going to this property!!
When I went to check in they said they didn’t have my reservation. I showed the lady the email and she said no I don’t have you here you have to call Expedia. When I asked if they had a bathroom she looked at me like o was going to trash the place. She was rude and was not offering any help. But after I left the facility I got an email asking how my check in went. How could I get an email asking about my check in when I didn’t check in?

Hotel is very run down. Photos don't match what it actually looks like. Room was small and the mattress was very old. TV didn't work.
On the plus, the staff was very friendly.

Friendly staff. Roo. Was fairly clean. Once all renovations are completed, it will be fantastic! Owner was apologetic from the start.
Tv did not work but It was ok. Bed was clean. Towels were brand new. Floors were clean. Can't wait to come back when all renovations are completed!
No pool, no breakfast was provided because of renovations, which was not disclosed prior to payment. Had a room with leaking water so had to move, the beds felt like a box and the sheets were uncomfortable. Staff was friendly tho.
