It was the ground floor but we never heard any noise from the people upstairs. There’s a beautiful salt water pool plus a perfect ocean view. Theres AC and a wonderful breeze with window slats opened. There’s a fully equipped kitchen and clean, new linens. We didn’t really use the kitchen except for coffee and the refrig for cold drinks. There’s a nice restaurant next door at Roberts Grove with good food at reasonable prices, as well as other restaurants fairly nearby. You need a taxi or a car to get to some parts of Placencia. Some rented golf carts but it would take an hour to get the 18 miles to Placencia Village. Receptacles covers are broken. Wifi? Many dead areas in villas and high speed is 2mbps. Zero on cloudy days. 2 of the 4 burners work on the stove top. The wardrobe closet in bedroom smells like moldy laundry. The toilet does not flush completely. There is a delightful air bubble display in the toilet when the villa above flushes the toilet. The knob to turn the lamp on/off is broken. And they had to mount the bed to the wall, but poorly.
