"Desi was amazing. Upon arrival from a not so enjoyable cruise, Desi checked us in quickly. She was also very kind and considerate as my mood wasn't the best. She gave a rundown of the hotel, breakfast time, amenities as well as things to do in the area. The room was spacious and well appointed. Water pressure in the shower was low, our only complaint. This is an excellent hotel pre or post cruise. They offer shuttle service to and from not only the airport but cruise port as well. You just have to contact them in advance. The stay here, made up for the cruise. We will stay with you again, cruise or no cruise. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
