Pool area is amazing!

The pool area is amazing. Honestly it’s the best part of the entire house. The house is ok. It could use some updates. It is ocean front but you have a very steep and kinda long walk down to get to the beach. Not all our guests could go to the beach due to knee problems and the walk down being so steep. The beach has a lot of rocks and you need to be very careful not to get hurt. The poolside fridge stopped working and it was replaced immediately. The staff was very helpful.

Amazing Week!

In addition to the unique and amazing location and amenities of the residence, I need to point out the unbelievable personality and competence of the property manager. We were celebrating the big 40 birthday party of my wife with 28 family and friends and it would have been less than 50% as successful and amazing without the help of Talese, the property manager. I wanted a Chef to provide lunches & dinner, including cleaning the dishes and put everything in place so it could be true vacations for everyone. Talese demonstrated skills, creativity, patience and perseverance in every aspects of the preparation and organization. Again, I would have been literally nowhere without her help. And she did it with the good of her heart, not taking any mark-up on all the different activities and events we put together. Just incredible sense of service and unbelievable competence. We had a fabulous time at the place between the swimming pool and its slide, the volleyball court, the fully equipped gym, the firepit and of course the surf and body surf in the ocean. The staff at the residence is also incredibly nice and helpful with Bella, Maria and Alex all of them ready to help and delivering efficiently on whatever we asked. We came back with unforgettable memories, including watching "out-of-this-world" sunsets from both jacuzzis. My family and friends couldn't thank me enough for the experience we shared at this amazing place. We'll be back for sure, no one wanted to leave!

Little Paradise

I was absolutely blown away by the photos for this listing and am happy to report that the photos are accurate and even better in person! The location is very central and close to markets and restaurants/bars AND right on the beach! Talese was very easy to communicate with before, after and during the stay and had phenomenal staff on-site. We were greeted upon arrival by Juan and Bella who walked us through the property, including each room, additional amenities for purchase, and the outdoor area. Indoors: The beds were very comfortable and ample pillows/blankets were provided. We had a complimentary bottle of tequila upon check-in which we used swiftly and there are other bottles of alcohol for purchase if needed in the kitchen. The kitchen was fully loaded and had everything we needed to cook meals for three days and 17 people. The only things I would mention but were not the biggest dealbreakers to us were the dishwasher was not working but we used it as a drying rack, and we felt that 2 shower towels per room (8 towels total) was not sufficient for 17 guests but we just used our pool towels. Next time we will bring our own shower towels (this might have been in the notes but I forgot.) Outdoors: WOWOW! I can tell how much attention to detail and thought was put into space. The pool had a grotto hot tub, slide, outdoor hot tub with a table built-in, and a kid pool as well as ample chairs, a BBQ area (additional fee to clean), and palapa, volleyball court, hammock, and fire pit. The pool water was a bit chilly but we are in March so not a huge deal. I would like to note only 1 hot tub can be turned on at a time which, again, is not a huge deal. We spent the majority of our time in the hot tub outside with the built-in table and loved every second! The house also comes with a large Bluetooth portable speaker so we were able to enjoy our tunes from any part of the property. Thank you, Talese, Bella, Juan, and other staff for such a memorable birthday trip. We cannot wait to return when the weather is a little warmer!

Flawless time

Stayed here for 3 nights with a total of 20 people. Had a great time. The communication Talese was perfect---she answered all of our questions and answered extremely quickly. The house was just as the pictures. The house staff was excellent--Jose, Juan, and Bella did not hesitate if we needed anything--They were awesome and truly made our trip. The pool was great though it is extra $$$ to heat the pool---they were very transparent about this so it was not a surprise. We arranged in house dinners for two nights and they were fantastic--they cooked the meals and cleaned up afterwards. The only and very minor complaint would be that the volleyball court needed more sand, otherwise it was some hard dirt/rock. We even ventured out in the town one day during a flea market and found some great things/tacos/ice cream/souvenirs. Felt very safe at the house and walking around. Would not hesitate on going back. The views were amazing. Truly a great time all around.

The stay was everything we had hoped for.

The house was beautiful and the pool/ hot tub sealed the deal for us! It was a little further than we had hoped from Rosarito (25) mins but we were accommodated with a shuttle service which was greatly appreciated. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!
