"I left a very good review overall for the property. My only issue is that I tried for months to tell the hotel we wanted a king bed, not a double bed. That’s what I booked - plus I messaged the hotel through Expedia to confirm. Instead, my husband and I spent our anniversary in two separate beds pushed up against each other. Very weird. Otherwise, it was great. BTW, I didn’t really get any VIP upgrades or perks that I’m aware of, but maybe we missed that?"

Rooms could be better for the price though - A/C was very loud so had to keep windows open instead (the would not work so well if I went in summer), one time there was some unpleasant bathroom smell, and card key kept demagnetizing twice a day - time to fix the card system. Would still recommend the place overall."

Great location and amazing service !
"Really appreciated the hotel. The location was central to everything we wanted to do. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. You were greeted upon arrival, we used the service of the concierge twice to book excursions, the breakfast buffet was AMAZING ! We appreciated the access to the roof top bar. Our room was very comfortable, great view and it was nice and quiet. Hotel security was outstanding, no one could get in without being a guest and the elevator card system was very efficient. The one minor issue that would need attention .... the bathroom towels could be more "plush". I would definitely stay at this hotel again when we come back to Madrid. "
