Not only that when the compressor kicked on it was like a loud generator in the room with us. We noticed all the rooms had these. Not sure why they wouldn't invest in the wall ones that are quiet and save space. Also not a fan of carpet even around the bathroom sink. My……

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable However, the room was outdated, more specifically the bathroom ~ moldy and smelled. I would not take a shower with those conditions. Parking was convenient. The hot tubs were very hard to get into as the seats and floor had a layer of something that made any steps taken extremely slippery and dangerous. If the room was updated and hot spring tubs cleaned more often, it would have been a delightful stay.”

“This hotel is up a steep and long exterior metal stairway and is just a handful of rooms sandwiched between a busy restaurant and a roof top bar. The rooms are on either ends of the indoor part of the rooftop bar so when it gets cold and the people move indoors it gets loud. There is no one at the indoors bar to manage the bar customers so it’s up to the guests to manage the noise situation. In addition the restaurant underneath the rooms is open from 11am-9pm and runs a very loud exhaust until……
