“Great location at a good price. Plenty of room. Dishwasher didn't work, needs replaced. Cobwebs in 3 of the bedrooms. Would i recommend to others? Absolutely. Easy drive into Boston or easy access to several forms of mass transit. Awesome view of the ocean every day. And can't beat the price on a 4 bedroom 2 bath rental”

Cons: Lots of cosmetic blemishes, furnishings felt like they were salvage pieces, 2 uncomfortable couches, old mattresses, rusted washer/dryer unit, blinds didn't close fully, guest bathroom faucet dripped constantly, presence of cobwebs and daddy longlegs spiders (5) in master bedroom.
