“Pros: Safe neighborhood, off street parking, great view and deck, good price for 2 bedroom/2 bath, very responsive host. Cons: Lots of cosmetic blemishes, furnishings felt like they were salvage pieces, 2 uncomfortable couches, old mattresses, rusted washer/dryer unit, blinds didn't close fully, guest bathroom faucet dripped constantly, presence of cobwebs and daddy longlegs spiders (5) in master bedroom. Great price for a 2 bedroom/2 bath, but lower quality property, in my opinion. Manage your……

“This could be a nice place to stay but is in need of some major upgrades. The pictures are very deceiving. In one bedroom there was an outlet that had a large orange extension cord that ran across the room behind the bed then plugged into an 8 prong outlet that was behind the bedside table laying on the radiant heater. There are three glass sliding doors that are blocked off with vinyl fencing. The deck listed for use is attached to the apartment downstairs that has year round tenants. The fire……
