The third guest bedroom offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed, another twin bed with a twin trundle. The guest bath located near the three guest bedrooms offers a shower tub combo and spacious single vanity with granite countertops. Golf cart: Option to rent the onsite 6 seater golf cart ($65/night plus tax). Linens and supplies: This home comes with everything you need! All bed and bath linens are supplied, as well as all cookware, dinnerware and glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener. Beach gear and recreation equipment: Some of our properties typically have beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) on site. New construction,clean,etc. the location of the home was an issue with my family. We didn’t realize how far it was and you had to drive to the entrance of Windmark Beach to get to the beach and pool. If we would have known we would have booked in a different area to be closer.
