PROPERTY DETAILS As you enter Cypress Sunshine, you are greeted with warm coastal vibes and an open concept floor plan with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. The three guest bedrooms and guest bath are located near the front of the home, the first and second bedroom offering comfortable queen sized beds. The third guest bedroom offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed, another twin bed with a twin trundle. The guest bath located near the three guest bedrooms offers a shower tub combo and spacious single vanity with granite countertops. Community amenities: 2 community pools Restaurants and shops Boardwalk to the beach Playground 3.5-mile waterfront path for walking, jogging, skating and cycling Access to upscale exercise facility, “Fit as a Fiddle” (daily, weekly or monthly passes available for purchase) Golf cart friendly community Area information: When you're ready to hit the beach, you'll discover miles of natural beauty just waiting to be explored. Whether you're casting a line for some shore fishing, strolling along the shoreline in search of seashells, splashing in the refreshing saltwater, or simply soaking up the sun, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Stroll along Reid Avenue in downtown to experience the quaint shops and eateries. Make sure to visit the historical Lighthouse and the Sea Turtle Museum — we love our sea turtles! Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles. Boats and RVs are not allowed on the property. You must find other arrangements for storage outside of this community. Pet policy: This property is not pet-friendly and is an animal free zone due to severe allergies. If you bring a pet to this home, an automatic charge of $500 will be imposed and/or you will be asked to vacate the home immediately. Golf cart: Option to rent the onsite 6 seater golf cart ($65/night plus tax). Linens and supplies: This home comes with everything you need! All bed and bath linens are supplied, as well as all cookware, dinnerware and glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener. Beach gear and recreation equipment: Some of our properties typically have beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) on site. However, there is no guarantee as these items tend to come and go throughout the year. Age requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old. Credit card fee: All payments are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee. Rental agreement: A signed rental agreement is required upon booking. Monthly rentals: SNOWBIRDS WELCOME! Monthly rental rates are available during the winter season, November through early March. Please contact Sunshine Vacation Rentals if you are interested. Cancellation policy: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made. Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Really nice property in a quiet subdivision. We were visiting for a family gathering of my mother and her siblings that grew up in Apalachicola. The house was nice except the floors were dirty when we arrived all of our family had black under feet from walking in house. Other than that the house was nice. The biggest issue was distance from the house to the main entrance to the pool and beach. We didn’t realize how far it was and you had to drive to the entrance of Windmark Beach to get to the beach and pool. If we would have known we would have booked in a different area to be closer. It was a nice house but we would have enjoyed being closer to everything. New construction,clean,etc. the location of the home was an issue with my family. Although there was beach and pool access, we had to drive to the beach and had to get on a Hwy to drive to the pool access. All amenities were very nice. We would have not stayed here if we knew the access was so far away.
