“The staff were friendly, helpful, and easy to deal with throughout my stay. Check‑in was smooth, and everyone I interacted with was professional and welcoming.”

“Room was dark, bugs flowing out of the sink. Carpet was moist, ceiling has very noticeable mold. Didn't feel safe (search up reviews on other websites). I couldn't stay a night and i was able to get a refund. The lady at front desk was really nice about it.”

“When we walking inside, the place had 4 roaches. We went and complain to the staff and they did change our room but there was another roach. We left in a few hours. Hotel is not cleaned. ”

“In general, I liked the hotel and the rooms were very clean. I had booked the hotel because it had a hot tub, but unfortunately it wasn't working when we got there. We notified the staff (who apparently didn't know how a hot tub worked) It still wasn't working when we left, 6 days later. Had a coffee maker in the room, but had to request regular coffee, and front desk didn't seem to want to make any effort in finding any.”

“As soon as we parked and got out our vehicle we was greeted with the stench of sewage. Once we got checked in and made it to our floor the hallways had a moldy smell. For a complex that has been newly built it was in rough shape. The carpet was dirty, the light fixtures was broken, the hot water on the sink was turned off for some reason and parts of the carpet by the tv was ripped. The sofa/ couch appeared to be broken. I wouldnt recommend this particular hotel to anyone. ”

“Komfortable Zimmer in modernem Hotel mit mäßigem Frühstück. Sämtliche Eindrücke in diesem Hotel wurden indes überlagert durch das gänzlich lustlose, in keiner Weise kundenorientierte und nicht hilfsbereite Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksbereich. Um 6.40 Uhr war der Jogurth (in der Machine) für den Rest des Tages "out". Schwarzen Tee gab es zwar auf den Zimmern, nicht aber im Frühstücksbereich. Niemand zeigte sich auch nur in Ansätzen bereit, für Abhilfe zu sorgen oder sich……

“Breakfast isnt free but plenty of places to eat nearby and at the casino that you can walk to. Clean, comfortable beds walk to casino out back. Nice cool casino environment. Would stay again. Great staff ”
