“There’s a young woman there who is very rude and always has a bad attitude. She doesn’t help you with anything.”

“nice”

“My hotel room was very clean & spacious. Staff was very friendly & helpful. I loved the covered parking. Very highly recommended.”

“There were no table & chairs in the room. No tissues. When front desk was called there was no answer. Only facial soap was supplied, no bath soap. After paying up front for the room, I still had to go to front desk every day to get a new key card.”

“Outstanding”

“Absolute worst experience I have ever had, SECOND night there the on site manager comes banging on my door at 10 at night yelling and cussing at us through the door that we aren’t suppose to be there and he will be calling the police to forcibly remove us, that we were in the wrong cottage, after the property owner gave us cottage number on the FIRST night, we called the police and showed our reservation, verified we are right and didn’t sleep a wink at night. Nothing was fixed property owner……

“Man look. This ain’t look NOTHING like the picture. What are yall doing ? Not 1 palm tree gang.”

“The place was beautiful, spacious, well maintained and the staff is absolutely amazing. I visited this place for the first time with 2 autistic children and my husband and they were so accommodating. 100% recommend.”

“Family need a place to stay at the last minute the manager on duty was very kind and helpful.”

“The hotel is under renovations. First impression outside is a very unkept appearance. The outside will probably come after the inside renovations are done. Walking my dog was an adventure since there’s not much grass. We used the next door business. We weren’t informed about the renovations. But, the hotel served its purpose. We slept and had breakfast. The breakfast isn’t good. The room was clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We probably won’t return because it’s not ideal……

“They were very polite and helpful. Clean rooms and dining area. Evening front desk lady was so nice!”

“Love that they had breakfast and free parking”

“房間很舒適”
