Alberta Arts Treehouse
With great restaurants, bars and coffee shops just steps away, this bright and airy little house will be the perfect jumping off point for your stay in beautiful Portland Oregon.
Within a few block from your front door, there are Expatriate’s wonderful cocktails, Gabbiano's hand made pasta, Great North Coffee, FlourMarket, Vegan offerings at Jet Black coffee, and the lovely vibrancy of the Alberta Arts District.
Make yourself at home in the newly constructed, two-story lofted space. This striking little grey house is perched between backyards with your own entrance right off a quiet neighborhood street. The space inside is open and airy, with cement floors downstairs and dark Tennessee walnut hardwood upstairs. If you’d like, utilize the fully equipped chef’s kitchen, the comfortable & stylish sofa couch, and every amenity necessary for a relaxing getaway in the heart of NE Portland.
Downstairs provides sitting room, a gorgeous half bathroom, and a well-appointed kitchen should you choose to cook. Enjoy the bottle of wine in the fridge – I made it at the winery where I work.
Upstairs feels like a charming tree house. The old mimosa tree wraps around almost the entirety of the bedroom, and the skylights capture natural light. The bed is new & comfy, the closets offer generous storage space, and the windows are large and open up easily to fresh air outside. The upstairs bathroom is spacious with gleaming white tiles, fresh white towels, and a walk-in overhead shower.

This house is perfect in every way. Great location, thoughtfully built and designed and well maintained. I’m excited to stay there again. My new favorite place in PDX.
The treehouse was perfect for our two-week stay. It was clean, bright, and comfortable. The sky lights were dreamy :) The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Super close to shops, grocery, restaurants. Would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in Portland!
In Portland for a shower. We loved the space. It was immaculate, bright and welcoming. Near a wonderful neighborhood grocery store, safe walking area. Our hostess was delightful. Lots of stars!
Perfect little split-level house for two in the Alberta Arts District. Nice loft bedroom with big shower, full kitchen downstairs and a sleeper sofa. Rachel is a responsive host and everything went smoothly.
Loved this little haven in Alberta Arts! It’s beautiful comfortable and full of great little details and care. I would say the fold out couch downstairs is great for one person but not great for two bodies. The upstairs bed is wonderful.
This sweet spot is just great! So comfortable and classy, with great communication with the hosts. Amazing spot! Definitely and highly recommend. We were there for a wedding, and a number of other families got other similar sized VRBOs in the area. They all said ours was the best!
Thank you for a wonderful stay:)
We really enjoyed our stay here. The only thing that we were missing was a microwave to be able to heat up quick meals, but even that was not a deal breaker. There is no TV so make sure if youuse this location to pack your laptop or use your phone for entertainment.....or just spend time with your family, that works too. The property is very beautiful and modern and sleek. And just the perfect amount of space for four people. The hosts are very polite and kind, check out and in was very easy and simple. HIGHLY recommend. The location is perfect and very convenient to everything we wanted to do and see while in portland.
What a great place to stay! A vegan coffee shop right across the street and within a mile of fun eats and sights. The house was so clean with thoughtful vintage/vintage like pieces throughout. Thanks so much for hosting us!
Every detail beautiful thought out - from the thick, cozy towels, to comfy bed, to huge closets. Loved looking at the night sky through skylights and windows in the bedroom plus all the natural light during the day. Bonus: multiple great vegan (and vegan-friendly) restaurants just a short walk away!
We had a lovely stay for my son’s 10 birthday. The home was just as described! Clean, great location, and comfortable. Walking distance to good restaurants and shops! The kids enjoyed staying here as much as we did! We will definitely stay again when back in Portland!
What a lovely little place to stay! The Columbia neighborhood is very walkable so it’s in a great place. It’s cute and has all of the necessities. The bed was comfortable, very nice shower, and the second 1/2 bath was welcomed! We loved staying here!
We enjoyed our stay! The home was just as the pictures showed. We loved being able to walk to nearby stores and events. Having two bathrooms was so nice! We had no trouble finding parking reasonably close to the house. We would definitely book again!
