You'll find this property in the historic center of Kennebunkport, in a building that it shares with a pizza shop, an ice cream store, and a clothing/book store downstairs. Beautiful local beaches, including Gooch's Beach (one mile south) and Mother's Beach (two miles southwest), are a quick drive or bike ride away, while the Kennebunk River is a wonderful spot to explore by kayak. Or, hop in the car for a scenic drive along Route 1 to Wells (six miles southwest), Ogunquit (12 miles southwest), or Cape Elizabeth (35 miles north).

There is no elevator at this property.

Parking notes: There is one assigned parking spot in the lot located right next to the building, where the Vacasa sign is. Owner puts up chain fence to block local traffic from parking. You may unhook the chain to drive in, please make sure to rehook it after entering.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
