Clean place to stay
The neighborhood is very loud through the night revving their engines .going places at all hours. It was clean and we enjoyed looking at the antelope and deer on the hillside.

We came to PV to visit relatives. The house was just as advertised. It was clean and comfortable and Ian was easy to contact and work with. We would stay here again.

Looked like a nice log cabin inside. Reminded me of the cabin we rented on Mt. lemon. Cute, very clean & spacious. It had everything we needed for my husband & I and our 3 teens.

Great stay
My friend and I stayed here for two months while we were doing clinical rotations in Prescott / PV. We had a good stay and Ian was a great host! Whenever we needed anything, he responded right away and was very considerate and kind. The kitchen had a lot of things we needed, and the beds were very comfy! It was a good price compared to everywhere else around Prescott and PV. I would definitely stay here again!
