"Amazing stay, Everything was great, from the breakfast in the morning to the Dinner in the restaurant"

"By far the best resort we'd stayed since coming to Puerto Rico on yearly trips. The rooms were clean/comfortable. The only complaint would be the humidity in the room causing moisture wetness, but leaving the AC on helped. The restaurants were fantastic. Hats off to Fernando, the pool attendant, who kept us entertained and has a people oriented personality. Also, using Uber is cheaper than renting and paying for parking."

"We had a beautiful vacation at the Fairmont. The lobby is stunning and the pool/beach area is dreamy. I read reviews complaining about stained carpeting and marks on the walls. This is a hotel, not an operating room… What do people expect? Yes, the food and cocktails are pricey, but again this is an upscale resort in a touristy area, it goes with a territory. Every single staff member that we encountered was pleasant, friendly, and eager to serve. "
