Breathtaking views from the balcony! Panoramic view of Bandaras Bay and an ideal location overlooking the amazing garden and pool areas.Staying at our Velas Vallarta condo allows you to be close to all of the amenities Puerto Vallarta has to offer. Listen and relax to the ocean sounds from above or below and be as pampered as you wish.

There is an all-inclusive option for resort meals and drinks that Velas Vallarta offers. When we last checked the price is $160USD/pp per day for Adults and $60USD/pp per day for child 16 years and younger. You can add this from the hotel upon check-in.

Our unit is equipped with one king bed, a pull out sofa and a single air mattress. There are flat screen TVs in the bedroom and living room. The kitchen includes a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, oven, refrigerator, cooktop with pots and pans and a new set of dishes. The wi-fi is included in the price of the rental as is the exercise facility, morning yoga, pool aerobics, Spanish lessons, and much more!

Maid service for the unit is included once weekly, if more visits are desired an additional cleaning is easily added to your stay payable directly to Velas Vallarta. Upon check in there is an available concierge to answer all of your questions. Easily book excursions and other services such as massage or meal delivery. It’s easy to leave a credit card at the front desk for other resort incidentals. The Velas staff will also enter the unit to water the balcony plants every few days.

The Marina area in Puerto Vallarta affords you amazing restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, golf and water activities all within a short walk. Downtown Vallarta is a $5 USD cab ride, or ride the bus for 50 cents USD! Airport transportation is less than $5 USD but coming from the airport may be more if you opt to leave direct from the terminal.

The condo at Velas was just as the pictures show. Very nice and clean. Bathroom updated. The owners are great and so quick to respond to questions. Velas staff were fantastic. Service at the pool was excellent!

My Vacation Haven
The welcoming hospitality of the Velas staff, management and property owner, the access to fun activities and quality restaurants, proximity to the Marina, and the splendid property accommodation make this an enjoyable and memorable resort vacation experience. The room has a spectacular ocean and tropical garden view. It feels like home away from home with the quality upgrades, the comfy furniture, the little library, an enchanting nighttime skyline view, and the wonderful hospitality of the owner...John, Sherry and Morgan. I am looking forward to the return to my vacation haven.

Overall, we had a great stay here. We visited during a very humid time of year which made the air conditioning an extremely amazing reprieve. The space was clean and the pictures are exactly what you get when you stay. I will say that our ONLY downside was the plumbing in the bathroom. We did not get the toilet to flush the entirety of the stay. I say this was an issue but I really want to make sure that I also say that we did NOT reach out to the owner to fix this. It was my husbands 40th birthday and we just happen to have a ton of activities planned and just didn't get around to it. Ultimately, we used a coffee pot full of water to flush regularly. Not ideal, however, I don't blame the host as we didn't reach out to give the host an option to correct the issue. I would recommend this place for a couple to spend quality time together with great views!

Amazing views on an awesome property!
Our unit was located in a resort, and we couldn’t feel more like home. The kitchen was well stocked. The view was amazing. The host was absolutely lovely. We walked over to the farmers market one evening… just a half mile to the marina. We did utilize the resort’s restaurant, and found the entire staff on property to be really warm and welcoming! We hope to return soon!!!

Great family holiday
This property was exactly as advertised. We had amazing views of the pool, bay and downtown Puerto Vallarta from the rooms balcony. The unit itself was clean and comfortable, AC worked great, no issues with any aspects of it. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it without hesitation.

Velas Vallarta is a lovely resort with very friendly staff. Our penthouse had a lovely view of the property and the water and a nice balcony to watch the siunsets. The apartment itself needed some upkeep. The sink in the kitchen leaked and left all the dish towels under the sink damp. It would improve the apartment if they purchased matching glasses, more updated decor and reduced the number of odd lot bric--a-brac. Those minor negatives did not detract from the gorgeous location and helpful staff at the resort.

This was a very nice 2 week stay...nice breeze, quiet and a very pleasant apartment. There was a broken pipe at the sink when I arrived in the afternoon but it was fixed within hours of calling the desk and owner...they were on it immediately...I would (have already)recommend this apartment .

Overall the property was perfect for our needs. Well kept, clean and a great location. The view was outstanding from the top floor of this resort. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. A little dated in terms of decor but not a big deal. Had a nice balcony with a couple chairs and table. Near the marina which has lots of restaurants; stores; ATM's; etc. Short Uber ride into town. Very quiet location and the Velas keeps their property in great shape. Everyone in their staff were very accommodating. Good air conditioning, but could have used some instruction sheet on the remote controls. Condo had all supplies you would need. Owner was very responsive. All in all, a very good choice for our vacation.

A Wonderful Vacation Experience!
Location, location, location...it matters. The top floor property overlooks the lush tropical vegetation, pool area, fish ponds and offers a spectacular view of the ocean and even sunset; a heavenly panorama. The room with a view creates a cruise ship feel. You can even see the ocean waves roll onto the beach. The balcony view, with the potted plants and lovely bougainvillea, is calming and relaxing. I love the interior decor and ambiance, the well-equipped kitchen and the well-taken care of surroundings. The little library is full of reading treasures. The resort is welcoming with exceptional guest services, entertainment and fun activities. The most important elements, for an above and beyond exceptional stay, are quality of the accommodations and quality of guest services. These key components are integral to and enhance the whole Velas Resort experience and complement the resort's high standards for excellence. John, thank you for reaching out to me, and for your above and beyond exceptional hospitality, which made this a perfect vacation stay for me.

My husband and I stayed at this property to celebrate our 60th birthdays. The property location and view are gorgeous! The staff and owners were very helpful and answered any questions in a very timely manner. The property itself could use an update. For a small amount of money BIG changes could be made. The bed is quite uncomfortable and needs to have the mattress replaced. We purchased an egg shell topper which helped some, hopefully the next guests will be more comfortable with that small addition. The toilet seat and shower head need to be replaced. The tv in the bedroom wasn't connected which wasn't a huge issue as we spent most of our time outside of the condo. The owners make it quite clear there is no maid service for the kitchen area therefore we as well as past guests have purchased kitchen towels etc to contribute. When I inquired about whether or not I should throw the towels away or would someone wash them I was told that if they didn't smell I could just put them under the sink for another guest to use.....EW. I would recommend purchasing your own towels for use and throwing them out! We also washed every dish/utensil as soon as we got settled as you have to rely on the previous guest to have washed them thoroughly. All in all I would recommend this property and would love to stay here again now that I know some of the areas of concern I will be better prepared!

Overall this place has everything plus some. Sun, fun, pools restaurants and activities. The tennis instructor on the resort grounds (Luis) is knowledgeable. If you are addicted to tennis or just want a tennis lesson, Luis is the one. This is my second time in this condo and happy to say, I"ll be back. We had a great time.....
