“My husband and I use this hotel as a getaway from our busy lives. The rooms are dark, cool, and so quiet. You can’t ask for a friendlier and more professional staff. We have stayed in hotels in several states and this is one of the most professional establishments we’ve stayed in. Good breakfast (with real eggs 🙂), 5:30 pm Kickback with a full spread of comfort food, Drinks, and adult beverages if that is your thing, and it’s all included with your room price! “When entering the room we found the pull out couch bed was opened with no sheets, white stains, and a dirty sheet laying on it. The next morning when getting ready to leave we found a cockroach crawling on the wall. Still waiting for the manager to contact me. For spending over $300 for one night I expect a clean room with no bugs. ”

“Rooms could always be cleaner, but this was pretty good. Breakfast was good even in the cramped lobby. Hot food, decent selection. Staff was amazing! Front desk woman was so kind and went above and beyond.”

“Locates in Grove city, restaurant and shopping malls are in walking distance. However, there is some noise in the morning due to it's under renovation right now. The reception is so great to allow me to early check in at 7am, which is very important for me who just finished two overnight flights. ”

Had to unplug fridge bc it was making a loud noise. Requested refund property could only give $70 of $200 room cost stated it was bc I used Expedia.”

“It was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The beds were nasty and horribly stained. I found this out once I looked under the sheets. The wall outlet was hanging off the wall as well as the AC cover. The fridge was missing. The bathroom wall was stained under the sink so badly it looked like water damage.”
